More than 60 miles of biking trails start right outside your door. 2 miles to Metra train station. 2 miles to Geneva's quaint shopping district. Private entrance with Key Pad. Parking space behind home in turn-around driveway. Long term stays welcome. Ring security camera located on back of house facing parking area. Excellent Stay

My husband, myself, and our daughter stayed at this property when we came to move her into University. The apartment was excellent for all of our needs: convenient, well appointed, easy to access all of the places we needed, and provided us with sufficient space. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with the little items (oil, basic spices, etc). Kim was very responsive to our questions and any requests. We would highly recommend it.

My daughter and I were immediately taken aback at this precious little apartment inside and out! It sits on a lovely tree-lined, street with parking in the back. It has every amenity you could need for your stay. The interior was very cozy and clean.

This is a great property, walking distance to Batavia’s cool downtown district. Kim is a super responsive host. The apartment is very nicely decorated, comfortable seating, good TV and internet. We appreciated the extra touches- cold bottled water in the frig, basic spices and kitchen essentials. Very good night’s sleep too. Several outdoor seating areas in tranquil yard. Off street parking with turnaround, even for our large vehicle. Excellent stay.

Kim's place is very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to all that downtown Batavia has to offer. I would definitely recommend as I am already planning to stay here again myself.

The house was very comfortable for the four of us. We enjoyed the convenient location. It is very close to downtown and a short, easy drive to downtown Geneva.

We rented this apartment for our "overflow" guests for a family reunion. It was clean, offered plenty of space, and within walking distance to pick up morning coffee and necessities. Very easy rental process. Kim was very responsive to our needs. Will rent again for sure!
