The location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful and so clean, and Barbara did everything to make us feel welcome

I loved everything about this property! The location was perfect. The hostess, Barbara, was perfect. The apartment itself was immaculate and nothing was spared when it comes to the design and amenities for Malbo. The owners put so much thought into the colors, furniture, and extras that make such a difference.

Not a single thing to complain about.

Amazing view

Incredible view, easy and early check-in, not too many steps for RioMaggiore, beach towels provided, comfy bed, snacks provided. Made our anniversary special. Love the smell of the shower gel.

Pillows we're not great, expensive at the time but probably other places were too. Could benefit from another mirror in the place.

Beautiful

Our host, Barbara, could not have been more accommodating and kind. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed the view from our balcony the most.

We liked everything about our stay. All the stairs are not easy, but that is part of Riomaggiore.

Beautiful Riomaggiore

Barbara was a great host and this property was amazing. Facilities were good and the balcony was lovely for morning coffee and an afternoon aperitif.

Spectacular views, great walks. Cinque Terre is a beautiful area but extremely busy with tourists.

Room had spectacular views with a balcony overlooking the harbour. The host went out of her way to meet us on arrival and escorted us to the property. The room was cleaned every day.

The apartment’s location was very central, which is some ways was a plus but there was quite a lot of noise at night. We are in our sixties so I think this was more of a problem for us than it would have been for a younger couple.

The Cinque Terra seem to be a haven for the Gen Z set

By far the best thing of our stay was our wonderful host and hostess! Even though our train was late at night, they met us at the station. Barbara’s husband even carried my luggage up to the property.

Riomaggiore, along with the other Cinque Terra, is difficult to get around in. It’s hard to find the property - signage is not there.

The location was absolutely amazing! Very close to the train station, the marina and the main street! It was such a beautiful view from the patio as well, we couldn't get enough!

Cute room with a balcony and an excellent view

The view and location are fantastic. The bed was comfortable. We loved having a balcony, where we shared wine and snacks (from the nice market across the street) overlooking the water and town. Barbara was a very hospitable host. The mini fridge and utensils were useful.

Everything was great except that our unit had 3 flight of stairs to climb. But pretty much most properties have stairs to climb . We didn’t have issue but will be helpful to put tjis out do elderly or folks with limitations can be aware of this

We had an amazing stay in Malbo!

The balcony that overlooks Riomaggiore’s marina was easily the best part of the stay, but the entire flat was also extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, including bottle opener, wine glasses, and simple breakfast items. Barbara is also welcoming and helpful host, meeting us at the station upon our arrival. We had the best time exploring Cinque Terre and would recommend staying in Malbo wholeheartedly.

It’s not a huge issue for us but there are three steep flights of stairs up the room as well as several between Malbo and Riomaggiore station. Worth noting for those with mobility issues.

Spacious room with a beautiful view in an amazing city

Malbo is a great place to stay in Riomaggiore / Cinque Terre, a short walk from the train station. The room was very large and clean, with an amazing view of the city and the sea from the room and the balcony. The host was very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like - everything was perfect.

Fantastic stay in beautiful Riomaggiore!

Great location, beautiful view and very comfortable room with balcony. Fantastic bathroom with excellent shower. Room has coffee-making facilities, fridge and safe.

Everything was excellent. Barbara is a fantastic host and is at hand to help.

Relaxing!! Beautiful view.

Perfect Balcony and view. Worth the cost of the property as just sitting on the deck feels like a wonderful way to spend a vacation.

Great room with balcony in the centre of Riomaggiore

This lovely room is in the best location, a short walk to everything you’d want to do in Riomaggiore. Barbara met us at the train station & walked us to the accomodation which was very helpful. She was super friendly and gave great tips on things to do in town and across the Cinque Terre. The room is very clean, the balcony is amazing with surely the best view in town. A small but tasty sweet breakfast was provided as well as coffee. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

The view was beautiful and it was a short walk from the train station. The host met us at the train station and gave us tips and suggestions! They were extremely nice and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing!

Excellent location, attention and wow what can I say about the balcony and the view. It was our own private restaurant. The room was perfect, moder and new that mathched perfect with the old.

Almost nothing. Just that, for that money, I would expect every day cleaning and towel change and a sponge to clean the dishes.

Dreamy views from a small but comfortable apartment

The location was perfect, it was comfortable & the host was very welcoming.

The WiFi wasn’t available on the balcony, but mentioned it to the host when we left so she may be able to fix that.
