In an old 18th century mansion, 300 m from the priory beach and the coastal path, 5 minutes from the city center, the market and shops.
Very bright apartment of 50 m2, facing south west, overlooking the (private) park of the manor, located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 4 people.
Entrance, fitted kitchen and living room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a shower room then on the mezzanine, a second bedroom.
A cot available.
Parking in private courtyard with automatic gate and local bike or windsurfing available.

Lovely apartment, 10 minute amble into the center of town with restaurants, bars, to suit all tastes. 10 minute walk to Dinard beach. The apartment was very well appointed, everything you could possible need and an informative, friendly Host Sylvie. Thanks for a lovely stay.

sejour sur 4 jours en mai
L'appartement est nickel, super propre, très fonctionnel, joliment décoré, au calme, belle vue sur le jardin, un large plus sur le fait d'avoir une cour intérieure avec une place de parking, a deux minutes a pied du centre, du marché, des plages et de toutes les commodités. DINARD est MAGNIFIQUE.Accès a saint Malo par Bateau bus +++ :-). Enfin la propriétaire est adorable. Merci pour l'accueil.Nous reviendrons certainement. Nous aurions voulu rester plus longtemps :-)

Bien mais pas adapté aux enfants en bas age
Petit logement bien équipé, mais impossible de faire dormir mon fils de 3 ans dans la chambre tout en haut les escaliers sont trop pentus. heureusement que le canapé se dépliait en lit. Literie principale un peu fatiguée à notre gout. Pret d'un lit parapluie très apprécié. Accueil très agréable avec conseil de visite.
Le cabanon est un abri ouvert, donc impossible de laisser des choses de valeur (vélo, poussette...), pratique en été pour faire secher les serviettes.

Accueil par la propriétaire très sympathique, appartement bien équipé et très bien situé qui permet de se déplacer à pieds à la plage, au centre ville, aux activités de loisirs ... de belles balades, proximité de Saint Malo par bateau. Séjour très agréable, que nous conseillons fortement .

Seule ombre au tableau il est constitué de 3 niveaux et on est très souvent dans les escaliers.il faut une bonne condition physique et aussi une super organisation .

Superbe pied-à-terre pour visiter Dinard et ses environs
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de ce petit appartement sur deux étages. Il est propre, lumineux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé (appareils électro-ménagers, condiments, torchon, sopalin, pastilles lave-vaisselle, produits nettoyants etc.) ce qui nous a permis d'apporter le strict nécessaire. La chambre tout en haut pour les enfants est un peu trop chaude la nuit mais c'est le seul inconvénient rencontré. Nous savions que le jardin ne pouvait être qu'admiré depuis les fenêtres, donc pas de déception de ce côté-là. Excellents accueil et communication avec la propriétaire, qui ne souhaite que notre bonheur et confort dans son petit nid douilllet et coquet. L'appartement est à deux pas de la promenade du Clair de Lune et de la plage du Prieuré. Je le recommande vivement !
