Horrible p

The breakfast was very poor, it does not pass to be called continental. They should have said egg, bread and tea.

The bed is horrible, they put two single beds together and they call it king size bed. It was very difficult to sleep on it because of the space between. They also overcharge people who book through booking.com. I paid $75 for a room that cost $35 if I had walked in to book .

Location and front desk staff

Confusion with payment. Guest was asked to make a second payment after a credit card payment with booking.com prior to checking in. This was the most uncomfortable hotel experience in ghana.

I won't recommend to others.

Presentation was okay. Staff was warm and friendly.

No fruits option. Cockery dirty, cracked and chipped. This was very off putting as it demonstrate very poor standards.

Disappointing

The bed

The toilet was broken, there weren't any towels in the room. The hotel is clearly run down and haven't looked to fix things since they opened. Wardrobe handles were broken, we had to ask staff for certain things, and had to chnage room because of the poor standard. I was very disappointed

Passable

The bed was very comfortable, the duvet/comforter very warm. I loved it with the pillows, I felt like that was my room.

The location: bad road network not their fault though My wardrobe was broken, the sink leaks so when you open it, water drains. I also don’t like the fact that they regulate the heater. So if it’s outside their hours, you have to call them to turn it on. The room wasn’t properly clean, dusty areas under the tables. There was no water in the room, at least a mini bottle of water for drinking. They woke me up at 6am to ask what I’ll be taking for breakfast 🤦🏽‍♀️
