It was ok but they need to get something done about the roaches and teach the housekeepers how to clean better

Totally disgusting !

Breakfast wasn’t an option. They didn’t serve it.

They need an exterminator in the entire hotel. Roaches were everywhere. I got up at 11pm and drove to Walmart for insect spray. Management didn’t care. They gave dirty stained wash cloths and towels. I never took a shower, due to the roach infested dirty tub. Imagine a 4 day stay and you can only wash up because the fear of bugs. In my 4 day stay they never came to my room to ask if I wanted it cleaned. There is no telephone in the room. I had to stay there because I had been dropped off there and had no transportation. I was there for the funeral of my sister in law. If Rodeway Inn in Enterprise Alabama isn’t associated with your company you need to make them change their name.

Good value

The room was clean and appeared newly remodeled. Bed was adequate, and the television worked well.

The bathroom could have used a bit more attention to cleaning, especially the toilet.

Overall satisfactory.

Facility was clean, but older. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was no trash can, and the calking looked old and dirty.

Disappointing

My husband and I like the convenience of being close. And it is comfortable

We saw cockroaches in the room, and the floor was freshly mopped and still wet when we arrived. We tried to dry it with a motel towel, and it was almost black. The floor was still so dirty

Shower handles don’t work toilet would not flush beds were the only thing that was presentable

nothing it’s Not pleasant at all the hotels OK if that’s all you’re gonna do is sleep but it is trashy outside couldn’t get the office person to answer the door when I got here because it was sleeping and for the price we paid it was just horrible should’ve been no more than $20 for this room

honestly there wasn’t much to like but for the value the room was ok

the service was awful. the front desk person was rude and sarcastic. Wasn’t helpful and mocking.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs, for the price you can stay someone 1000 percent nicer. Horrible experience.

absolutely nothing, they stated they had a pool but when we arrived it was a rusted fence and hole in the ground that hadn’t been a pool in years. The area felt extremely unsafe as well and the outside of the building was overgrown and falling apart. When we arrived there was no one in the office and we waited for quite awhile. We ended up having to leave and struggling to find other accommodations. When we tried to call the property multiple days after to cancel or reschedule no one ever answered the phones. And now we have been charged for an entire stay that we were not even able to take.
