Kitchen is newly renovated and well-appointed. The downstairs bathroom is also newly updated with a custom-built, double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The cottage features hardwood floors throughout the downstairs rooms. There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, living room, sunroom, and upstairs great room for quiet comfort.
