Welcome to our newly renovated and wonderfully decorated 4 bedrooms home on the award winning golf course of Southern Dunes. This secluded tropical paradise features a stylish all Ceramic floor that can accommodates up to 8 guests and that is in top condition having undergone a complete renovation in February of 2019
The first thing you will notice when walking in is the large open kitchen with beautiful black granite counters, huge island with large double sink, new cabinets and all new Stainless Steel appliances. In the same open space is the dining table that can easily sit 8 people and the living room with new very comfortable sofas and a brand new 65” TV mounted on a beautiful and cozy fireplace furniture Ensemble.
The main Master Bedroom looks out over the Private pool and the golf course and offers a new King Size bed, a 43 inch wall mounted TV, a walk-in closet, new dresser and its own En-suite Italian Design Bathroom. The second Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, new dresser, a huge standard closet as well as a wall mounted TV.
Bedroom #3, which we call the Mickey Mouse room, will be the delight of your young ones as it features two single beds with Mickey and Minnie Mouse decorations and comforters. Bedroom #4 has a Bunk Bed with the bottom one being a double bed and the top a single bed. A new wall mounted TV is part of Bedroom#4. The second bathroom is also newly renovated like the rest of the house and sports a new vanity, toilet and shower.
Finally, after having lost your breath visiting the inside of our tastefully decorated home, you will have trouble catching up on your breathing as you step outside on the pool deck. Our private Pool which has been completely resurfaced and re-tiled in February 2019 overlooks the magnificent #7 fairway of the renowned Southern Dunes Golfcourse. The whole area is enclosed by a screen and furnished with a brand new BBQ, lawn chairs as well as an outdoor table featuring a gas fireplace in the middle of the table and 4 very comfortable cushioned chairs. The Pool can be heated if required.
The house is equipped with high speed internet, Netflix, Roku TV's, Cable tv, Ring Video doorbell, Keyless Entry, Smart Thermostat.
Southern Dunes is a gated Community with calm and safe surroundings that include children playground, 3 community pools, tennis court, fitness center, Country club with bar and restaurant and of course the award winning Golf Course. Winn-Dixie Supermarket and a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter are located just a short 8 minute walk away from our home. Several restaurants are nearby and of course most of the Disney and other attraction parks are approximately 30 minutes away.
Every time we return to Southern Dunes and enter the community, we feel at peace right away as the first thing we see is the enchanting rolling green hills of the #8 fairway flanked by large mature trees. We hope you feel the same and we will endeavor to make your vacation a real success and a relaxing one. Linen and towels are all included in your stay and should you have any questions, we are just a phone call away and have people on-site that can address any issues that might come up during your stay.

We had a great stay and hosts Eric and Wutchita were fantastic. House was lovely, clean and well equipped. Any queries we had about our stay were answered promptly and hosts could not have been more helpful. Great location in safe area with golf course, Universal, Disney and Malls 45 min to 1 hour drive. Plus can enjoy other activities like kayaking or zip lines. No hesitation recommending staying at this lovely home.

The house had everything we needed. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. It could definitely use a really good cleaning. Some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and the stove still had dried food that was never cleaned.

Great location with lots of stores near by and within close proximity to Legoland and Peppa Pig Theme Park. Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful home with a nice pool. Host was very attentive and communicated within a timely manner. However, the floors seemed as if they werent swept or mopped and the master bathroom glass sliding doors wasnt clean. Also, the sink in the guest bathroom was not draining properly. Overall, my little one and family enjoyed staying here and would do it again.

This was the perfect location for us to share in my daughters Ironman 70.3 experience. We were minutes away, but tucked into the quiet community.
The house was well appointed, the beds comfortable, the showers good and with the pool heat the pool was comfortable even though the evenings were a bit cool.
The kitchen was well appointed and had everything that we needed.
The four bedrooms would work really well for two small families to share and is close to Disney.
Eric did a great job of communicating and the security was friendly and welcomed us each time we returned.
We did some cycling through the community and saw that there are some community pools and we really wanted to try the barn.
We would not hesitate to rent again.

From the beginning to the end of the holiday had very friendly contact with the owners of the villa. We had very unfavorable flight times but we were allowed to enter the villa earlier and check out later than usual. An extra service that makes your holiday even more beautiful.
The villa is very modern, new air conditioning, super fast Wifi. Nature thought it necessary to build a wasp nest at the front door. Was repaired the same day by a professional. We have stayed in Southern Duines before, but this villa was the most beautiful. More than recommend this.

Great Property/Great Location
We loved our stay at this property. The house was exactly as described in the listing. I loved that I could take a quick 5 minute walk to Walmart or Winn Dixie to get whatever we needed without having to deal with the traffic. The house is in a great location if you want to get to Sea World, Legoland or Disney Parks. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

House was very clean. Great location. Biggest problem was that the advertised 65 inch TV with cable in the living room did not work. They couldn't find the remote. Sent away for a new remote. Took a few days. After remote arrived the TV still did not work. Called in a TV repair man. TV was bad. Four days of disappointment and frustration with no TV was a huge disappointment. We should be compensated for that time. I don't know how to go about it.

Awesome clean modern house in a quiet neighborhood
Not to far from Disney, SeaWorld, Universal or other attractions. The house was awesome the owners responded fast to messages. By far the coldest AC in america 72 feels like 55 it was great on a 95 degree day. Clean house awesome pool that my kids choose over Disney which was awesome with rising Covid cases. By far a top rental anywhere. Awesome awesome awesome

The travel time to Disney / Universal / attractions was more in the 45 minute plus side, route 4 is atrocious but this isn’t the hosts fault (obviously) but do your homework on travel times if that’s what your going for.
The hosts were VERY responsive (fantastic), a minor negative (that could be seen as a positive) is that it did feel like the host was keeping a close eye on things, we went out on the Thursday before the “after 6pm” trash to the side of the road and was intending to put it out when we got back that night, however it was already roadside on our return. The host informed us that the cleaner lives close and took care of it - I’m sure it was done in good faith but did feel a little like we couldn’t be trusted.
The grill does need a very good clean, we found (expected) the gas to be empty but when we looked at the grill decided not get the gas filled and not to use it and did all our cooking inside instead. A little ironic that there is a $50 cleaning charge for leaving the grill dirty.
Minor minor improvement to the house would be the addition of USB charging outlets, not essential but would make things convenient (I know this is very picky and wouldn’t sway us, or most people, one way or another but thought you may like feedback).
Conclusion: highly recommend the house, you really can’t go wrong however check your travel times to attractions.

There was only 1 washcloth at the property, but I just went to Walmart and bought some. Not a big deal at all. Would definitely recommend bringing toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels with you. I am a very picky person when it comes to staying places other than my home & this property was lovely. Pool was clean. We will definitely be back. Perfect place to stay if you’re going to Legoland! Did not have any issues with the washer/dryer. No complaints at all! Wonderful stay.

Our stay was good; however, it could use some newer pans and more towels. Also, bathroom tub drain was very slow.

Upon arrival we noticed a lot of ants outside and dead bugs on the porch. As I inspected the house before everyone entering I noticed crumbs on the floors in all bedrooms and hair clumps everywhere as well as ants in the master bathroom. There were dead bugs and hair clumps around the pool, the pool was dirty and not filled as water was not going into the filter. The owner was notified and sent his neighbor to spot clean the house and spray raid in the house for the ants. She came and spot cleaned not cleaning all that needed to be cleaned. My family couldn’t be in the area where the raid was spread because of the smell. My husband spent an hour cleaning the pool. Our feet were black on the bottoms from walking barefoot in the house. It took me 6 plus hours to dry a load of laundry. Which made me think how do they wash the bedding there!?!? First night smoke detectors went off, second night even worse! Probably why there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector? Still ants in the bathroom day 2. None of us slept so we left. Owner wanted to send a bunch of people in to service the house while we were there. We were not comfortable with this because of Covid. The pictures on VRBO are not an accurate representation of how we found this property. This place needs a deep cleaning inside and out from a professional cleaning company not his neighbor! All of this should have been taken care of prior to our arrival! There is no excuse for why it wasn’t. NOT A 5 STAR PROPERTY!

Good stay
The Property Manager was very responsive to our inquiries. The home is very modern and functional with a tv in each room. Great location and is 5 min from Walmart. Tons of places to eat as well. A few things to note: the pool is not private and faces a golf course. The neighbors are also very close on each side and can see into each others property. Also, we felt the house could have been cleaner considering the fee that was included in the pricing. Overall was a good stay, thanks.

The property manager was responsive. The pool was great especially with the heater. Beds were comfortable. I wish they would have stocked the place with basic needs (paper towels, more hand soap and laundry detergent). The house was modern, they could have done a little better job cleaning as the bathroom rugs were dirty. Overall great place just a few suggestions.
