About this house rental
This lovely and cosy house sits only a few minutes away form the main square,it has been recently refurbished, and it is decorated with Majorcan style. It offers a nice and light sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, and a full equipped bathroom on the ground floor. Next to the entrance in a semi-level, there is a room with double bed. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other one, with two single beds, and a full equipped bathroom. The bedrooms have new installed ceiling fans. Outside there is a great garden and a dining area, perfect to enjoy nice meals. There is also a good size terrace and a big pool, which invites you to enjoy the sunny and the wonderful views. The area is very quiet, and allows you to relax and rest, while being very close to all places of interest.

We had the best time, the house was perfect, the pool was lovely and warm and picking oranges for making juice and lemons for gin was the icing on the cake! Great location. The town centre was very close and we'd walk to the bakery for the most amazing pastries. The local restaurants were all very good. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all, we had the best time and would love to stay again.

Excellent property near Soller centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Mosquitoes were a problem but could be due to the unusual weather.

The house is lovely, wonderfully located and a pool garden area that is quiet and easy to find sun or shade. The garden is huge and the pool is a very good size. The only negative would be lack of air con but I don't think the traditional 17th century property really supports it...other in the area don't seem to have it. It's a 2/3 minute walk into town or a 5/6 minute amble. Parking is a bit of a pain but that's not just the property but Soller in general. Would we stay again... absolutely.

We had a great stay at this gorgeous property. The townhouse was HUGE. Our 9 year old loved the pool and many hours were spent in there. Check-in and communication with Xisca were seamless and they very kindly let us leave our luggage with them when we arrived mid-morning before check-in. Thank you!
The townhouse is easy walking distance to the main square, restaurants and shops. We particularly liked Mister McCoys Ice Creams near the tram stop. Fab home-made ice-creams and natural wines.
I do have to mention that the first few days were above 35 degrees and having no air-con was a challenge for those evenings.

The property was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a holiday. The pool was delightful especially in the heatwave we had in July. Highly recommend this property and the communication and ease of booking. Many thanks

A great finca/villa/farmhouse for a family of four - mum, dad & two twentysomething kids - to spend a wonderful 10 days.
The location was great, a few minutes stroll from the centre of Soller, and then a few more minutes on to the bus stop (we didn't hire a car, choosing instead to use Mallorca's excellent public bus network, but if you do hire a car, you can't park outside the property, but I think there is parking a few mins up the road)
Check in and check out process and all coms with the host were seamless and simple, the finca itself was spacious and well equipped with its crowning glory being a great pool in the most beautiful of gardens.
During our stay the Cerberus heat wave rolled in to town and this did expose the lack of air-con: although the ceiling fans in the bedrooms did help it was still hot at night despite the shutters, thick walls and traditional construction of the building. Lack of air-con is why I can only give 4, not 5, stars.
However, I'd happily be back there right now; Soller is beautiful and this property was a great base for a fantastic holiday, with the most beautiful garden.

We had a lovely 6 night stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. The house is a beautiful old building which is perfectly positioned for walking into the main square and taking the tram into the port when we wanted to spend time at the beach. We were really pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and spacious the pool area and garden were. It was really peaceful, despite being minutes from the centre of Soller.

The accommodation suited us very well, both teenagers and smaller child could find the house welcoming. We enjoyed the location and will most likely want to come back.

I would recommend this property, the garden is lovely and the swimming pool a bonus. The area is fabulous, with easy walking and transport connections to other locations. The only negative would be there are a number of stairs in the property which my elderly mother struggled with but overall a superb property and location

Having stayed at the property once before in 2019, we were pleased to return this time with our toddler and my parents.
The property was just as we remembered- comfortable, clean and in a great location to enable a holiday where you don’t need a car to get to town or the beach.
We were provided with a travel cot and highchair which meant we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own.
We hope to visit again in the future!

We were two couples. The house is charming and immaculate. We found everything we needed. The pool was welcome as the weather was very hot. The property includes a large urban orchard. We loved it!

My family and I enjoyed 2 amazing weeks in this property. Communication with the host was great with any queries answered quickly. The house is spacious and it comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was spotlessly clean and we all appreciated the super soft towels! The location of the house is perfect - just a few minutes stroll to the centre of Soller.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Majorcan house! Fantastic garden with lemontrees and orangetrees. Just a few minutes to the square in Soller. We love walking so every morning we took a walk to Beautiful village Fornalux. I would love to come back to this peaceful place!

Lovely position five minutes walk from the main square. Fabulously clean and great facilities in the house, and a big garden/orchard out the back where the pool is. Both bathrooms are good, with great showers and the kitchen is well equipped. We were left some amazing fresh oranges and lemons and a welcome bottle of Rosé, so very happy! I would say that air conditioning would have been good in the bedrooms, and that the listing should mention that the pool is salt water, but apart from that we had a very relaxing and happy stay.

My family had an excellent holiday staying in Soller. Could not fault the location of the property and the property itself, the house was typically Mallorcan with excellent outside space. Would definitely return.

We were 3 adults and 2 teenagers in this three storey townhouse in the middle of Soller. Previously we had rented villas in Port de Soller, near Biniaraix and in Fornalutx but we had always been interested to see what 'townhouse-living' in Soller would be like. This house quickly became "our favourite house so far".
XC Properties recommended this townhouse after the first one we were interested in on HomeAway booked up during our holiday dates. It matched all our requirements - 3 bedrooms, at least 2 bathrooms, a large outdoor area including pool and close to Soller town centre.
The house itself is a short walk (7-8 minutes) along one straight road to Soller square with restaurants, fruit and veg shops, wine shops and tasteful gifts shops lining the road. In the other direction was a lovely restaurant called Bar Molina where we have eaten before (good idea to make reservations) and after that it was a straight walk up the hill into Biniaraix which is unmissable. The road outside the house wasn't too busy (the dustbin men in the morning could be a bit noisy at 7am); parking was very close if you were lucky or a few minutes away if busy. Depending on where you find a spot (white zones or blue zones) the parking prices are free (white) or paid for during certain hours (blue) but not pricey at all (compared to Stockholm parking)!
Our favourite aspects to this house were:
- the outdoor area and pool - we had 11 people all together for midsummer lunch on the terrace.
-the location which was great for morning walks into the hills and evening forays for eating out or beer sessions.
- lastly the beauty of the house itself, from the big wooden doors to the wooden shutters to the stone floors.
I can't recommend this property enough for a family or group of friends to enjoy Soller and the Tramuntana mountains. Plus Mar Bestard and team at XC Properties were super accommodating and welcoming.
