🥨 In the heart of downtown Strasbourg, the NETTER apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends. With its 70m2, it offers a comfortable and well-equipped space. Its location will allow you to have a pleasant stay exploring the city of Strasbourg.

🛗 The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator, above the "BOULANGER" store located at 30 rue du 22 Novembre

🅿️ Rue du 22 Novembre being pedestrian, you can access the building near the building only at certain times (from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.).
🅿️ In the immediate vicinity (around 100 meters) are the public car parks “indigo LES TANNEURS” and “indigo KLEBER”. These parking lots are right in the city center, so convenient for one or a few hours, but they cost 44 euros for 24 hours!
🅿️You also have the possibility to park in the Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais vert car parks (around 500 meters) or at the GARE WODLI car park (around 900 meters) whose price is 20 euros for 24 hours.

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

🍼 The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to take bed linen for the baby bed, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to reserve the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost.
⚠️ In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, adults, children and babies included, cannot exceed 15 people.

🛏️Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.

House rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

🐕 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment . If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.

🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated in your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

We had a nice stay at Netter. The apartments location is fantastic and we loved how easy we could walk everywhere. It’s bright. The beds were comfortable. We stayed with two adults and three kids and it worked well. The kitchen was fine for easy breakfasts but limited if you plan to cook. There were a few things we would have liked to have been cleaned better and there was notable wear on furniture and walls. We would definitely stay again though.

L’emplacement idéal, la très bonne literie, le calme, le logement décoré et meublé avec goût, le beau parquet en bois et le standing de l’immeuble en général, l’entrée et la sortie des lieux autonome et le système de code d’entrée , très bon niveau de confort et bien équipé. Nous nous y sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous et ça a été difficile de partir ! La maintenance de l’appartement : dans le salon. boîtiers de prises électriques non fixé dans le mur et fils dénudés sur certaines prises (voir par exemple la multiprise tv) c’est très très dangereux ! Le lave-vaisselle est mal placé car il est très difficile d’ouvrir la porte du réfrigérateur pour y mettre ou y prendre des choses. les grands rideaux du salon ont besoin d’être lavés (sales), un coussin jaune d’une des chambres également, et d’autres petites choses comme ça qui ne devraient pas être vu le standing de l’appartement et le prix payé.

Great apartment, great service and perfect location The mobile air conditioning in the living room does nothing, I would say it makes the room even hotter. Good fan will be much better.

The location is good, close to the city centre and the main shops 1. The oven did not heat at all The knob is broken it rotates non-stop and I could not set it. Even I put maximum temperature it remained cold after 30 minutes then after I tried all combination I gave it up. 2. The microwave oven did not heat It has the same problem with the knob, cannot set a temperature, it rotates without any stop. The food remained cold after 10 minutes. It is shame that it was not possible to prepare a hot dish at all. 3. The drain in the bathroom was clogged. Please ask the cleaning service to check it during the cleaning.

Wonderful location in central Strasbourg.....easy walk to the cathedral, Petite France, department stores, small shops, etc. Lively pedestrian area with a fabulous bakery right across the street, and so many wonderful restaurants close by. There is a large (expensive!) parking garage nearby, but you cannot park in front of the building or on the street nearby. We were travelling with a 1yr old and this place included a crib & high chair, plus there is an elevator for easy access with the stroller. The beds are comfortable w/ nice linens. The bathroom set up is a bit odd with the toilet in a separate room from the tub/shower, but it actually was an advantage for four adults sharing the space. This apartment is well stocked with basics like laundry soap, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, a small olive oil, etc in case you really want to cook something. One small negative: this wonderful location was noisy on Fri/Sat nights because the street cafes stay open late. But we loved watching all the street activity from the nice windows and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
