BOATS ARE SEASONAL- Boat season starts April 1st and ends October 1st.
The White Swan by the Pond is a 4000sqft Poconos home with a beautiful waterfront view. Enjoy the water from our dock (No Swimming), private kayak, and a paddleboat from our dock, as well as fishing with a fishing license. Located in a gated Saw Creek Estates community, filled with amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, gym, restaurant, ski slopes, lake, etc.

No refunds will be issued if canceled last minute due to personal Covid-19 issues.

Full refund due to Covid-19 will be issued only if the governor of PA bans short-term rentals.

Hot Tub Information:
****Please attach the spa cover after each use.
****Not having a cover on may prevent the hot tub from heating up.
****The hot tub must always be ON! Never turn the hot tub OFF!
****Turning off the hot tub, especially with water in it may cause the pipes to freeze and lots of other damage. Any damage caused to the hot tub be will be charged accordingly.
****Please refill the hot tub if the water has been splashed out.
****When the water level is below the jets, the hot tub heater will stop working. Please call me and I will guide you on how to fill up more water.
***FAILED TO DO ANY OF THE ABOVE YOU WILL BE FINED $500***

My property offers a private one-seater kayak, and a five-seater paddle boat can go out from our private dock (only with a signed agreement and a boat waiver). Boating season starts April 1st and ends October 1st. Fishing is allowed with the fishing license.

Please enjoy the nature and indoor games we set up for our guests in the basement.
This house is designed to overlook the Pond with its modern and large window design facing the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need. We provide you with towels, clean linens, soap, and shampoo.

You won't be disappointed here! Loved the house and amenities - stocked more than other rentals we've been to in the past. Plenty of space for our entire family of 10. The game room space was a hit. Loved the hot tub and the amazing grill. Enjoyed relaxing in the screen porch and deck, listening to the wind rustle in the trees and the katydids at night. Had a fire down by the lake on a full-moon night. The area was very quiet - quite surprisingly. We enjoyed some of the pools nearby as well. Only a short drive to town for groceries and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had. I wound say he's the best - super quick to respond and provided all of the details we needed ahead of time to make our stay a pleasant one. He really cares and wants you to have the best experience. Looking forward to returning to the area!

Our extended family of 8 with the grandparents enjoyed the rest and relaxation at the property. The sunroom was a big hit and we enjoyed the ping pong table down in the game room. Thank you for being so responsive to all our questions.

The house was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Luba was extremely responsive to my questions before we arrived. Everything worked just the way it was supposed to. And the family had fun with the lake, the pools and the playgrounds within the community, as well as lots of nearby hiking.

This home was fantastic! And the owner was so great to work with - always answering our questions quickly. It was very clean and many things were provided like soap and shampoo which was a nice touch. My family had a great time staying here! Beware that the driveway is extremely steep and the walk down to the pond is also very steep (there are stairs.) We would stay here again.

My family and I had an outstanding stay at White Swan. The house has plenty of space and bedroom options with a living room and dining room area that could accommodate our whole group of 9. The basement has a great space to hang out in at night or during a rainy day. My mother loved the sun room area and the rest of the family spent a ton of time outside on the backyard/deck space. The community itself is very nice with gated access points and a lot of amenities that you have access to. My wife and I used the fitness room/tennis courts multiple days, and my family spent time at 2 of the pools TOW/Mill Pond. If you’re looking to experience Bushkill Falls this is a short 5-10 min drive away. If willing to drive, East Stroudsburg is about 30 mins away and offers several breweries, wineries and restaurants if you are seeking a day outside of the community. Luba herself was a fantastic host. She was very easy to communicate with and even helped us out same day with a package delivery we needed to arrive at the community. Would stay again!

As soon as we walked in we felt the warm welcome ! The house is beautiful and decorated for the holidays.. the host has even graciously left a magnum of Prosecco and sweets in a sleigh! Each room was well appointed . I never had to search or call for items (towels, extra bedding or pillows, etc.). The layout of the house was perfect- lots of room to fit our family of 13 while also providing spaces to break away for some alone time (without having to retreat to a bedroom). We were a multigenerational group ranging in age from 7- 94. Everyone had a great time! The bedrooms were spacious (we put all the kids in the primary bedroom which was extremely roomy and offered another private space for the kids to play). The kids especially enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed being able to sit together at meals (no need for a kid table!) as it was winter, we had a beautiful view of the lake. We did not use the enclosed porch but look forward to coming back in the warmer months to enjoy this beautiful home again. The host was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond when we needed it most! She was also very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this home to anyone with a big family/ friend gathering or even someone looking for some peace and solitude.

Our stay was Excellent, everything from the booking process to the stay were flawless, communication with the owner is excellent. Every single detailed is texted to you with time for you to enjoy your stay, very well organized and the house OMG. Very beautiful, well taken cared off and extremely comfortable. Beautiful home. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids loved the downstairs game room and the adults enjoyed the cooler nights in the hot tub. Spent a lot of time on the covered sun porch. Luba was quick to respond about questions that came up. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

The house is wonderful- spacious, so many places to eat dinner, inside, outside, lots of games for the kids, ping pong was popular. The community pools- there are about 5 weren't crowded- we were there during the week, and everyone was friendly. Luba was wonderful responding to us immediately. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and basics such as sugar and salt. The basement bedroom bed is very low, suitable for kids. The steps to the lake are steep but one can walk easily through the woods. Overall a wonderful family reunion place

We really enjoyed our visit to the White Swan. The host gave us lots of timely information and was clear and upfront regarding house/community rules. House was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with the basics we needed. The highlights were definitely the fire pit, deck, the Florida room, and the game room. Close to great outdoor activities like disc golf and hiking at the Bushkill Falls.

This property offered us exactly what we wanted. Perfect downstairs for my daughter and her new family. Welcomes. We had so much space, no one was driving the others crazy. Love Love the table it allowed for all 10 of us to eat, play games, and drink together. The hot tube was a added plus.

Our family of four had an amazing time here in the winter. The kids loved the awesome playroom in the basement, and sliding down the hill in the snow toward the beautiful lake. The community indoor swimming pool was also a huge hit. I also loved the lovely enclosed patio, and the elegant decor all around! Would definitely recommend.

The home was “Pristine clean,” host was responsive and easy to contact. Amenities included soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper products, herbs and kitchen staples — including coffee— and even a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. There was wood available for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill, leftover from previous renters. The WiFi signal was strong, which was great because cell service could be spotty. The Smart TV allowed us to watch as much Olympic coverage as our hearts desired, as well as any other digital video service available. We got all caught up on Ted Lasso. My issues with the property were addressed quickly by the property manager Luba. My only suggestion would be to purchase a set of chlorine/pH strips for the hot tub in addition to the bacteria checker, to make sure there was not too much/not enough chlorine in the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! We were 8 people total- 4 adults and 4 kids (ranged 6- 9 years old) visiting in June. The description of this house matched what we experienced and we found the house to be very clean. Luba was also great at communicating very quickly whenever we had a question and provided us a ton of great information before we arrived. We enjoyed the game room downstairs that opens up to the outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals over 4 days. We loved having our meals in different areas of the home through out our stay. Most meals we ate in the very large screened in room that had a great view of the property. Other times we enjoyed eating in the large dining room with plenty of seating space as well as on the outdoor deck. The best part was the dock and pond access! We were out there during the day sitting around and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boats. At night we came back down to the dock to use the firepit. Having the grill and hottub were extra bonuses. Overall we had a wonderful stay with plenty to do in the house and on the property. The location is absolutely beautiful! We would love to visit again soon!
