Sierra Suns 10 - June Lake Condo, Family Friendly, 2 BR & Loft, 2 BA
Bring your family and enjoy the beauty of June Lake and stay in this cozy condo featuring warm cabin décor. It has plenty of room for the kids and their friends. The loft area is a perfect getaway for the kids to retreat to and enjoy. There is a master bedroom and bath on the first floor and another bedroom and bath on the 2nd floor. BBQ your fresh catch of the day on the gas griil and enjoy the views of June Lake. It’s just a hop, skip and a jump to the shores of June Lake and the June Lake village where you will find restaurants and shops. Gull Lake is a short walk from your front door. Take your kayak and explore the scenic beauty of Gull Lake. You can also rent kayaks from the Gull Lake Marina. After a day of recreating, come home and relax. The living room features a flat screen TV to enjoy a movie with the family. There is a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.This floor plan works well for two families who want to vacation together.

Sierra Suns condos are in the middle of the June Lake Village and minutes walking to either June Lake or Gull Lake.

**Tax not included in nightly rates** Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. All properties are non-smoking. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Smoking: All of June Lake Premier Reservations properties are non-smoking. If the property smells of any tobacco product or Cannabis, your credit will be charged for any services/equipment used to remove the odor. Please do not smoke inside the property. All smoking must take place 30 feet from any structure. Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 10:00AM. We expect you to honor these times as the housekeepers need to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest’s arrival. If you have special needs and would like to check-in early, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee this. Weather: We do not refund any monies for weather related issues or smoke due to forest fires that may affect June Lake or the surrounding areas. Please research weather conditions or call us with any questions or concerns you may have. Weather is the Eastern Sierra can change drastically in a short time. Credit Card: Full payment is due at the time of booking a reservation. When a guest pays for a reservation using a personal credit card, you are also acknowledging that this credit card will be held on file as the security deposit during your stay and used for any damages caused by anyone in the responsible person’s party. Reservations Payment in full is accepted at the time of booking. Refunds: There are no refunds for departing early. Please take this into consideration before you do so. Illness, medical emergencies and poor weather do not qualify for an early departure. Age Requirements: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a property with June Lake Premier Reservations. Our staff reserves the right to ask for identification to verify a person’s age should there be question. All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by someone who is 21 years of age or older. Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Please do not risk this as you will be asked to vacate the property immediately should a pet be discovered. If you have a service dog and plan to bring the animal along, you must notify June Lake Premier Reservations before arrival. Lost & Found: Should a guest discover they have left an item behind, the management will be happy to go to the property and look for it. There is a $20 fee to go to the property and look/retrieve the item. Guest will also be responsible for the cost incurred to mail it to its destination. Occupancy: All of our rental properties have a designated occupancy limit. This limit has been set by the Mono County Chapter 26 Ordinance. All guests must comply with the occupancy limits. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction. Remember children and infants do count as people are a considered a part of the occupancy limit.

Great stay! Property doesn't have AC. The main room has a ceiling fan, would be awesome if the bedrooms had fans. The blinds in the loft need to be replaced, too much light gets in from being warped. Very clean property with great views of the mountain and lake. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this cabin but the driveway was so unsafe! The cabin is cute and well apointed and was perfect for our family. Unfortunately the driveway and entrance to the cabin were completely covered in black ice and SO dangerous! We are a very athletic family and spent 3 days skiing the area (tackling all runs up through expert) and the most dangerous part of our trip was getting in and out of our cabin! My husband fell very hard and may have a broken a wrist and my 12 year old son has a very black and blue knee thanks to another fall! It would be so dangerous for anyone elderly. I’m sure this isn’t always the case, might have just been the perfect combination of weather events to create ice, but I feel it’s worth mentioning bc it was pretty scary!

Cozy June Lake Condo, needs updating
We came here for a snow trip to June Mountain and this condo was a comfortable stay for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The condo overall was a little worn down and could use a lot of updating in terms of furniture, decor, and appliances. But in terms of space and comfort, it worked fine for our group. For those that plan to cook, the spacious kitchen is a nice plus. Parking outside the condo was easy during a busy holiday weekend.

Wonderful View
This property was in a prime location, walking distance from the lake and local restaurants and shops. The only reason we did not give 5 stars was several items were not in full working order and that was a little inconvenient. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, would stay here again, and recommend this property highly.

Comfortable, homey condo for extended family
Great condo - location and layout - perfect for our extended family of 4 adults and 4 small children. Condo has everything we needed in a picturesque location. It has been well-loved but it is in good shape and the layout with the two floors plus loft works well for 2 families and kids. We would definitely stay there again and recommend for families who want to explore the June Lake area.
