LOCATION:
Situated within a ten-minute stroll to town, restaurants and shops, Hallenstein Penthouse is located in the heart of beautiful Queenstown. Beautifully presented, having been newly built for the holiday market it offers comfort and puts you at ease.

ACCOMODATION DETAILS
Spread out over 2 floors, the apartment offers 3 bedrooms and ample living and dining space, each more opulent than the next.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
Cook up a storm in the well-appointed gourmet kitchen and enjoy it as a family at the large dining room table, or simply walk out onto the balcony for a lovely alfresco dinner in the summer time. Enjoy an open plan living area and lounge with flat screen television and comfy couches.

OUTDOORS
Soak in the views and the sunshine from the balcony, which spans the length of the building and really get into the kiwi summer by firing up the BBQ for dinner.

PRIVACY ACT
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

A great apartment with lots of space. A short work to the city centre which is easy to get to shops and restaurants. The place is warm in the cooler season - floor heating in kitchen and bathrooms. The gas fire heater was temperamental at times but additional heater also. Note that the internal lift is currently not in use so there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Would recommend for a family or group of friends. Great place and look forward to visiting again.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We had more space than we needed but our boys each took a bedroom as a luxury, since they share a room at home. The view is stunning and having the deck to sit on was wonderful! The location was great with an easy walk into town. The hill on the way back home is the perfect way to get some exercise and walk off your dinner. We never used the kitchen since there are too many good restaurants to choose from, but it seemed well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. The primary bedroom was a winner with the view and we enjoyed the fresh air with the doors open. It was cold at night but we appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom. The building was quiet, and we had no issues with any loud neighbors. Having a washer/dryer was very helpful, just be sure to have your own laundry detergent. Parking was easy and we loved having a garage space. I honestly can’t think of one thing we weren’t happy with. The only thing that would make it better would be a hot tub on the deck, but the primary bathtub was a great back-up! We would absolutely stay again at this property and would highly recommend it!

Great location, very nice penthouse with gorgeous views and plenty of space. With all adults we loved that all bedrooms has their own en-suite.

Convenient location in central Queenstown. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Handy off street parking. The beds are very comfortable.

Lovely apartment, however, the gas fire didn’t always turn on. After spending quite a bit of time trying to turn it on, we were told that it’s a fault with the fire. Would have been good to have known this before wasting time trying to get it to go and then emailing the manager.

This was a fantastic property for our family getaway, easily accommodated 5 adults and the view was amazing.

Clean, tidy and modern this townhouse was a joy to visit. Probably worth noting that the lift was not working during our visit - which was no issue for us but may be worth checking if that is a requirement for your travel party. It is only 3 short flights of stairs to the front door.
