Good, but need to look into the finer detail of these apartments.

Stayed in about art a few times, modern apartments with most of the facilities. Very close to the old town and good value for money.

I've stayed here a few times and they are great and clean but they need to look into the finer details. I only had a half a curtain so everyone could see in the apartment and the WiFi was broke. It got sorted straight away and eventually moved apartments. Then that apartment the shower head was broke.

Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum und Parkplatz inklusive. Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit Terrasse zum sitzen

Tyylikäs, siisti, moderni. Parkkihalli talon alla. Ilmastointi. Lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaankaupunkiin. Aamiainen saapui oven taakse.

Eigentlich schönes Appartment in sehr guter Lage

Lage und Ausstattung, Tiefgarage gut erreichbar.

Bett war bei meinem Eintreffen durch kaputten Lattenrost nicht zu nutzen. Lattenrost musste erst neu gesteckt werden, unter dem Bett dreckig. Wieso bemerken die Reinigungskräfte nicht, dass das Bett defekt war?

Die Lage und das Parken. Man stellt das Auto und die Tiefgarage und am Abreisetag holt man es wieder raus.

Kleine Reparaturen müsste man mal machen.

Schöner Urlaub in Breslau

Super Lage, nah am Stadtzentrum. Die Tiefgarage ist super und auch das Gebäude und das Apartment waren sehr schön, alles sauber, großer Balkon mit super Aussicht. Aufzug, mit Kinderwagen echt super da man direkt in die Wohnung fahren kann.

Einige Kleinigkeiten: Balkontür knarrt sehr laut, Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, Klospülung hakte etwas und zu wenig Klopapier. Für den Duschkopf gab es keine Halterung.

Appartement toll, Lage gut, Parkplatz gut, leider viele Mängel an der Ausstattung, kein Frühstück mitnichten

das Appartement 202 ist toll ausgestattet. alles vorhanden Parkplatz auch. ruhig Lage

leider haben viele kleine Mängel die Bewertung gedrückt Wasserhahn im Bad ist fast aus dem Becken gefallen. Die Steckdose in der Küche war aus der Wand gerissen ( Stromschlag möglich) alle Vorhänge oben aus der Stange teilweise rausgefallen. abdunkeln war nicht möglich Höhepunkt war das inbegriffene Frühstück. eine Katastrophe

Schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage

Es war alles Top! Ein sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles drin was man so benötigt.

Da ich immer beim offenen Fenster schlafe, war es vom Wasser aus her ( kleine Dämme ) ziemlich laut für mich. Aber nach zwei Nächten gewöhnt man sich auch daran ;).

Tasemel majutus koos tasuta parkimisega peaaegu vanalinna piiril

Väga hea asukoht. Ainult paariminutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel vanalinnast, kus on palju söögikohti. Positiivselt üllatas väga hea kohvimasin, millega sai teha ka erinevaid piimajooke. Korter oli uus ja puhas. Parkimine maa-aluses parklas oli avar ja väga suur boonus nii keskses asukohas majutudes.

Natuke keeruline oli õiget kohta ülesse leida.

Schöne Lage, gern wieder

Lage super, sehr nah an der Altstadt. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, ruhige Lage. Straßenbahn und Restaurants um die Ecke, ebenso kleine Supermärkte, die gefühlt immer auf haben... Wohnung gut ausgestattet.

Bett eher französisch, etwa 140cm.

Good location, bad conditions

Close to the city center. Cozy and quiet place. Parking lot and shops around. Bright room

Unfortunately it was not good experience: 1. There was dirty. The hood stained the bathroom cabinet because it was pulling dirt directly into the cabinet! You can see it to understand because it’s hard to even imagine 2. The bad was so small for two person. Just like a blanket 3. There was cold in the room. 4. The TV was so close to the sofa, just around less 1 m. After 5-10 min watching our eyes were starting to hurt

Genialna miejscówka, rzut beretem na stary rynek, parking podziemny w cenie i ogromny bardzo ładnie urządzony apartament, no i obsługa :) przemiła Pani w biurze apartamentów

I don't recommend the apartments

The apartments have a good location. It's quiet, peaceful and a 5-minute walk to the city center. The apartments are fully equipped and clean. A big plus is the availability of a parking space.

Service. When we returned to the apartment very late, the electronic code for entry stopped working. We could not enter the apartment with a small child for about an hour. We wrote and called the indicated number and private messages to the booking office, but no one could answer us. Even in the morning, they didn’t ask about our situation. We were already ready to spend the night in the car or look for a new hotel at night, since we were with a small child. As a result, we decided to try to replace the batteries in the electronic code and we walked at night with a 3-year-old child 400 meters to the nearest gas station. Only after replacing the batteries did the code start working again. In the morning we contacted the representative of the apartment (office on the ground floor) with a question about compensation for at least part of the cost of living (1 night cost $170), to which we were told that according to their system with the entry code everything is ok and there are no problems and they will discuss the possibility of compensation. More than 1 week has passed and they have not responded to our emails. This is terrible customer service.

About Art Apartments has many apartments, this review is for my 1st apartment "Apartment with Shower" or "golden apartment". the apartment is very large, with many appliances. close to the city centre.

The main issue was that there was no working WIFI in the apartment. There were no instructions at all in the apartment, not for the WIFI network or password, and also missing instructions for operating the washing machine and dishwasher as all programs are in Polish, and it is not just to press run. Also, the bed was two twin beds that ducktape together with a lower part in the middle, and the curtains were not fit, with gaps on the side. Both in the bedroom and also in the living room, and they are not blind curtains to block the sun so that you will wake up early. regarding the A/C - it is a small wall unit( not central A-C) and they installed only one unit in the kitchen, which is good for the living room, but not so much for the bedroom. we did have 5 days of 30 C. in September so A-C is required. in the kitchen, missing some equipment for cooking, no bowls, only 1 small pan and small pot. no salt, pepper or oil. also, bring your own soap for the washing machine. after one day without WIFI and I kept calling to check, they moved me to another apartment.

no complications. reception was across the street. Good location, The overall impression of the accommodation is very good. Parking in an underground garage with a large elevator up to the floor

Disappointing despite good location

The location was good and the breakfast was a nice touch.

Exposed wires in the kitchen area (we were staying with a child), Netflix didn’t work and the check out was stressful (no info provided about where to leave the keys, no one at the reception at check out). We contacted the property to tell them about the dangerous wires and we were ignored. Not a great customer service.

Great apartment for a couple but not for 3-4 people

Great location wiry walking distance to anything you want to see and explore. Newly built house with garage.

The bed sofa is under par. After the first night, we asked for an extra mattress and got one from another bed sofa but even with two mattresses the bed sofa cannot be considered a bed. Sockets and skirting boards have been installed in a way we have never seen before.

Comfy apartment, perfect location

Location is just great, few steps from rynek, university and the islands. Tram stop in front of the house. I loved the views over the river from the balcony. Breakfast delivered to our door was nice. When we had trouble with water dripping from ceiling we were immediately moved to a different apartment in the same block.

The design of the apartments wasn't really my style.

Exceptional

Extremely spacious and well equipped. A stone's throw from the old town, yet very quiet. Lovely balcony overlooking the river. We found this the perfect place for exploring Wroclow.

The double bed and duvet were a bit small for two adults.
