At least it looked fresh...

Felt like a ghost hotel, didn't see any people except the people working there. The room was not cleaned good. We heard a rat in the roof so we decided to leave in the night. We ask for a refund but just tried to put is in a different room.

You get what you pay for.

The rooms are spacious and there is a beautiful view. The appliances are very good quality.

We needed a car to get anywhere as the street was very busy. There was a lot of hair in the jacuzzi area and no one cleaned our room or took out our trash.

Excellent property in Edakochi with brilliant views on lake

The property has everything , very well maintained the suite is huge with all basic amenities and even a fridge and a great seating space . All bath amenities were provided . Comfortable beds and views were amazing . Swimming pool very well maintained and very polite staff . We had dinner at in house restaurant kochi house which was very delicious . Just take a Uber from property to get to main places very convenient and calm and perfect propert for your short or long stays . Definitely be our first choice on our next stay in Kochi .

Not very happy

The staff didn't let any guests inside the property. I was traveling to kochi and I was supposed to have a few meetings, whom I invited here. Two of my colleagues were refused entry at the door mentioning there are no guests allowed. Not even for 30 mins. The room and facilities were nice but at the end of the day they made my life so much more difficult, would've been better off booking a more expensive room somewhere else just because it's easier to deal with.

Reasonable facilities and good food. Not a value for money.

The property is clean with sufficient space. Food is very good at the restaurant within the property. Good privacy.

The facilities at property is not upto the mark. The bath room heater was not working properly. AC did not work properly. Reporting this to the reception resulted in no action. There was very cold response from the staff. Overall no value for money.

Superb

The breathtaking taking views of the lake from the balcony is the highlight. Well maintained property with swimming pool and jacuzzi. If you are looking for just a quiet place to stay this is the best option

A little far away from everything. However, Ubers are easily available

We are not happy about cleanliness of our room.

In our room there was a too much cocrach. Bed linen also not clean and tidy. On the bed there was a too much dusty. Once we on the AC lots of black items are came on the AC. Pool side floor is very slippery.

Disgusting stay.

To be specific, Nothing at all.

The location is too remote. There is no service at the place. The staff looks lost, if you ask for anything. The pool is dirty and not maintained well. The gym is namesake. The room service staff are not well trained and do not respond immediately if anything is asked for.

Nice place but a bit far from the city!

Good place but a bit far from the city center, comparatively best property with that rate in Kochi.

The facilities in the room can be increased. For example, there was no plate and the kettle wasn't working

Large Rooms with Great View

Very large rooms with ample space and ventilation. You choose between balcony in living room and balcony in bedroom. You can also choose between city view and lake view (lake view is better). The in- house restaurant serves good quality food( less options though). The rooms had a washing machine, mediums sized refrigerator, microwave, induction stove and a water boiler.

Good service but very slow response, so you need to be patient.
