The whole building and facilities are high quality throughout and great care and attention can be seen in every detail including Cocomat ecological bed mattresses, designer furnishings made by Italian and Greek designers and designer dinnerware sets to add to this unique atmosphere of supreme contemporary living. It has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people in beds. - Indoor layout - Entering the main entrance of the villa on the first floor (pool level), there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 49" satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped island-style kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances including a wine cooler. An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area with exceptional sea views leads to the outdoor terrace and the pool. A bathroom with shower is also found on the same floor. Reaching the ground floor through a staircase or an elevator, there is an office room with a desk and a printer. Additionally all the five bedrooms of the villa with en-suite bathrooms are located on this floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk in wardrobe, satellite 40" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. The other three bedrooms have a double bed, a desk, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom which can be used as a guest house has a king-size bed, a desk, a 40" HDTV, an auxiliary kitchen and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom (guest house) has its own entrance and accessible from the outdoor area. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The staircase or the elevator leads you down to the basement level where the playroom and gym are located. In the playroom you will find a pool table, 49" HDTV, Playstation 4 and a bluetooth speaker. The gym has a variety of fitness equipment such as a treadmill and exercise bike. Furthermore a sauna and a bathroom with shower are also located on the same floor. Finally on this level there is an additional area which consists of an extra bedroom with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower that could be used for a guests personal staff member, if applicable. - Outdoor area - The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
