Great for what we needed. Comfy, clean and central location

The location was perfect. Room was basic but clean! Just what we needed for sleeping in as we spent most of the time out and about exploring the city!

The lighting was a bit rubbish. Couldn't figure out how to switch off the bath mirror light and then i think there should of been an extra mirror close to the window.

Zimmer wirkte geräumig und war mit Sitzmöglichkeit für 3 Leute angenehm .

Anderes Konzept als übliche Hotels. Durchgehend Tee und Kaffee Gute Raumnutzung

Fernseher funktionierte nicht , kein Empfang. Außerdem schien Batterie der Fernbedienung fast leer. Handseifenspender defekt. Es erschloss sich uns nicht, das Licht am Badezimmerspiegel zu löschen. Insgesamt schlechte Lichtverhältnisse im Badezimmer

fijn verblijf voor een nachtje Rotterdam, erg goed bereikbaar midden in het centrum. Schoon, nieuw en er was zelfs een keuken waar je heerlijke thee en koffie kon halen en boodschapjes kon laten liggen!

Locatie, inrichting, meest vriendelijke personeel ooit!

Er was alleen een stortdouche, die de badkamer behoorlijk nat maakte..een handdouche erbij Ou beter zijn geweest. De douche was wel lekker!

Hôtel bien placé et accessible, idéal pour un couple en séjour bref.

Excellent emplacement, chambre propre, ergonomique et bien décorée. L'hôtel est dans le coeur touristique de Rotterdam, très facile d'accès.

- Nous avons été bruyamment réveillés dans la nuit à cause de jeunes (de neuf chambres différentes !) qui jouaient à s'enfermer dehors et à courir dans les escaliers. - Un membre du personnel de l'hôtel Emma qui s'occupe du check-in de l'Unplugged s'est montré particulièrement obstiné quand il s'est agi de lui expliquer que j'avais déjà réglé via Booking mais que ma carte avait depuis expiré. Après de longues négociations il a fini par céder... - Pas de porte entre la douche et le reste de la salle de bain... - Chambre certes ergonomique mais très exiguë. - Notre chambre était séparée de la salle de bain seulement par une vitre : vous avez donc intérêt à être très intime avec votre partenaire !

Pleasant hotel for solo travelers.

Walking distance to public transport, shopping street & restaurants. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Fast internet and in room intertainment was up to date and user friendly. Breakfast is worth the price.

Perfect voor een korte overnachting.

Locatie is perfect en overal dichtbij. Super mooie inrichting van de kamer, dit voelde aan als thuiskomen. De bedden waren heel comfortabel. Leuke extra was de smart tv waarmee je dan netflix kon streamen.

Ondanks de goede locatie is er veel drukte rondom. De hoort veel lawaai van mensen op het plein. Ook veel lawaai in het gebouw zelf van mensen die 's nachts toekomen.

What a find! Would definitely stay again.

The youngish guy at reception when we checked in was very kind, smiling and helpful. He instantly put our stay at a positive place. Room was great, and had an imaginative and smart design so that its being a relatively small space actually worked to its advantage. We were impressed! The view over the surrounding buildings was fun, like a personal cityscape. Room could have been a little cleaner, but in general was fine. Toiletries provided were good quality and in pump refill bottles, which was another positive. The location was fabulous, approx. 10 minutes walk to the station, and with several cosy bars close by. Communal coffee machine and biscuits were a really nice touch. Coffee was good quality, delicious.

Room cleaning could have been somewhat improved. In general it wasn't a problem though. Felt like the stairwell area could have done with a lick of paint but the communal coffee area was well designed, fresh and kept very clean.

Für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend

Das Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und war dementsprechend sehr ruhig. Das Bett war bequem und das Design im Zimmer war sehr ansprechend. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, da es in Rotterdam super gute Cafés gibt.

Auf dem Flur des Hotels stinkt es nach Abfluss. Wenn man duscht, steht das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser. Und die Wand des Badezimmers ist komplett aus Glas. Es gibt zwar eine Zwischentür zum Schlafzimmer, es ist trotzdem ein bisschen komisch. Aber am schlimmsten: Es gab durch einen Hack des Hotels bei Booking.com einen Kreditkartenbetrug bei mir. Dieser ist bis jetzt nicht aufgeklärt - weder durch das Hotel, noch durch Booking.

Rotterdam zentral, alles schnell erreichbar

Das Zimmer war groß, hell und sauber, die Aufteilung unkonventionell, aber urig, Kaffee konnte auf der Etage geholt werden, WLAN war gut und kostenfrei, unsere Räder konnten wir draußen im Innenhof der Rezeption beim Hotel um die Ecke im Kameraüberwachten Bereich abstellen, das Frühstück war sehr hochwertig

Die Rezeption war in einem anderen Hotel, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, sehr nervig, da wir mit Rad und schwerem Gepäck unterwegs waren. Der Aufstieg zu dem Zimmer war sehr steil, mit Gepäck sehr anstrengend. Um unsere Räder sicher abzustellen, mussten wir wieder zum anderen Hotel zurück. Das Frühstück war in einem anderen Haus, noch wieder ganz woanders. Nebenan wurde eine laute Party gefeiert, der Ballsaal war visavis, die Partygäste waren unter unserem Fenster am Rauchen und laut reden.

One night in Rotterdam.

Wonderful. Coffee bar at front door, great experience. Enjoyed every miment of stay.

Nit much. Air conditoining very complicated. Kept returning to other temperature, by that is not really menionable.

Convenient location. 10 min walk from the train station and close to the city center. Very comfortable beds.

The automated check in tried to charge us twice for the breakfast. Be careful if you see additional expenses in your bill. Breakfast is in a cafe nearby and although if was tasty, they were inconsistent in their offerings.

Clean and lovely decor, but not good for conferences or work if you want an early start with breakfast

It was clean and stylish, well designed

No aircon, the front door was a nightmare to open and took me ages to realise it just needed a massive shove. Breakfast at Baker and Moore was delicious but so slow, it really made my mornings stressful when I had to get to the conference.

It almost felt like home...

The location is great, the room was very cute designed, it felt like a small studio apartment. The stuff was really nice and the breakfast is arranged in a external place and it is humongous, for people doing tourism gives you enough fuel to visit the whole city.

The only thing that could be a little better is the bed, and I would have liked to have the working space opened a little longer.

Make sure to get a room with a window you can see from.

The room design and furniture was lovely. It was also very clean. Location is good too. Less than 10 minutes from the central station.

Checkin and checkout in another building 100 meters away. Checkout required even though paid in full in advance. Room had bathroom pipe smell. Receiption at checkin unfriendly. Room key given without room number, and by the time I walked back to the building doubt started to creep in as to which room it was. Room without viewable windows -- too high to see through. No power socket adapter.
