With five beds spread out amongst a two-story main home and adjacent carriage, 513 Liberty is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area. Two guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa found in the living room. These guests can use the half bath just off the dining area. A laundry room down the hall includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs, two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the other a Queen, both with en suite baths with standing showers. Unpack your suitcase and feel at home in the large dressers and full-size closets. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The area is well located and was actually less than one mile to all our destinations which made Lyft traveling very economical. The place is newly remodeled with top notch upgrades The Lucky Savannah staff assisting us were excellent and prompt with their responses. Just some minor points about the resident: One tv remote did not work and that was a simple fix because it needs batteries. The address for the resident actually consists of an A and B facility. When assigned to a guest, it should be assigned in the booking if whether it is A , B or both. The guest assigned to A knocked at our door and when we first arrived, we were not sure which apartment but figured it out. The carriage apartment across the breezeway had an odor that a deodorizer could help. It was not a terrible odor but more of a mild musty odor probably because of infrequent use. The facility was also fully equipped to include umbrellas and a cooler if you need it. I loved the convenience, the upgraded quality and the beauty of the main apartment. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who can manage the stairs which was a great short exercise for us.

This beautiful townhouse is ideally located in the iconic historic Savannah. Since, our preferred locomotion is walking this home is perfect. A few blocks North the river, and few blocks southwest Forsyth park and the historic squares. We thoroughly enjoyed the home for our 8 guests it was more than enough room. We eat breakfast each more as a family to plan our days adventures. The garage parking definitely a ++. Overall, would definitely stay again!!!!

This place was amazing!! We were down in savannah for my sisters bachelorette and the house was perfect for the 9 of us! Walking distance to coffee shops and downtown and when we didn’t want to walk there is a stop for the free bus close to the house! Lucky savannah was amazing to work with!! Very responsive and communicated throughout the entire process!! Will definitely be going through them again on our next adventure!!

Great Property - Kinks Need to Be Worked Out
The property itself is lovely, and please do not let this review deter you from considering renting it. However, during Christmas of 2019, there were several glitches that still need to be worked out.
It should be noted that the third bedroom is located in the carriage house above the garage. You have to walk across the courtyard and through the garage to access it.
In terms of glitches, the heating system in the main unit is wonky. When we attempted to hold the temperature, the system would override the hold after a few hours. It was not uncommon for the temperature, when on the preset schedule, to fluctuate as much as 8 degrees. This made for some uncomfortable sleeping.
The cable/wifi was down for almost half our stay. The management company was very responsive to our requests, but even when service was back on, one tv was broken and another involved numerous, cumbersome, extraordinary steps to access cable. Again, the management company was helpful, but the issue was the electronics in the house.
Supplies were minimal, so during our four night stay, we ran out of toilet paper. Other supplies, such as foil, coffee filters, extra toilet paper etc. were unavailable, which is uncommon in rentals.
If I were you, I would consider renting this unit, but I would ask if these issues have been resolved.
