Amazing property comfortable and clean. 100% Recomended. We will stay again on future. We stay there for military graduation purposes. Everyone enjoy the stay.

The property is secluded and beautiful! It is way better than the pictures show. I would suggest a picture of the hot tub and the grill, which were both great!
Thanks!

We enjoyed having enough room for all 7 family members. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had some great family time after our Marine graduated! We were greeted daily by a black chicken on the porch which my dad enjoyed!

House was absolutely beautiful! Everything needed was there!

This was indeed a beautiful home that easily accomodated our 7 adult family members (as long as two were willing to sleep in bunk beds). Everything is up-to-date and well maintained. We had everything we needed, which is not always the case in home rentals. The location is good, especially if you want privacy and don't mind being a fairly short drive to the surrounding towns.
Our only issue was that the pool maintenance person somehow caused a leak in an outside hose line our first day that we reported to the host. It required significant communication with the host over our brief stay. There was also a leak in one of the upstairs bathroom toilets that required us to turn off the water there. Tim and Stacey were very pleasant, but we were frustrated by our inability to stop the leak after trying everything they suggested. And they were frustrated because they couldn't get anyone to come out on the weekend to fix the issues. While it did not create a situation causing us to leave, texting and calling back and forth did affect our overall enjoyment of the weekend. Hopefully that is not something that would affect other renters.

I came to town for my sons boot camp graduation and it was perfect for everyone, even my son :)

We had a great time. The house and property provided ample room and comfortable accommodation for our family of 6 adults and our 5 year old granddaughter. The screened pool was a big hit and terrific escape from the July heat. I would recommend highly for anyone visiting the Beaufort area.

many times we find ourselves with situations that we don't expect, but the best thing is the way we solve it, thanks Stacey. we had a wonderful time

We enjoyed the location of the home, as well as the home itself. The home has plenty of space for a family to spread out and the little ones to play. There was a small gator in the pond and the kids loved getting up in the morning to see it. We also enjoyed seeing the jets fly over from the Marine base. We did have some issues with the outside, but the owner was very responsive and attempted to resolve the issues for us.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Two families stayed and enjoyed the 4 bedrooms and plentiful couches. We relaxed many times by the pool and the hot tub as well. The only gripe would be to do a deep clean a little more often, including HVAC vents. Pool people were amazing and so helpful!

The house was beautiful first and foremost. We loved the property and how ot is tucked in for privacy. We visited for our sons bootcamp graduation and unfortunately only were able to stay for 2 nights, but i do look forward to coming back become of how beautiful and serene it was. The house was clean and well taken care of, and my son loved the pool and the pool table. If you are looking for a place to stay this place will not disappoint!

We stayed here for our sons Marines graduation. It was about 1/2hr drive but worth every min! We got up in morning had coffee at the pond, and fed the fish. Went in got kids up and ready. When we got back from base we cooked dinner outside while the others sat in hot tub or played in the pool. We didnt have to worry about keeping the kids busy in our down time because they had the pool!!

We came down for the air show and my husbands birthday. From the moment we arrived we were not disappointed. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty for this property. We took advantage for the pond and the river for fishing, the pool and hot tub for swimming and relaxing. I loved that the property is tucked away from the busy highways of Beaufort but still plenty close enough for going out for food and site seeing. Our kids loved the property as much as we did. We plan to come back and bring our boat to take advantage of fishing on the river. Great break for us from the droning day in day out of home, jobs and school.

There was five of us ladies-Bethel Baptist Church of Filbert, Clover South Carolina and we absolutely loved the place, and spacious had a lot of amenities the pool was great hot tub & a pool table & the area that it is located is so close to everything we just had a blast thank you very much for renting it to us

I was promised to have a heated pool by owner had to show pool guy I had permission. Said he would turn it on water was okay the next day then after that went cold again. Also the whirlpool bathtub was not working.

Happy that the kids and adults got good use of amenities like the pool table, basketball hoop, and hot tub. The property accommodated our group well and it was good for the price. Wish the pool could have been used. Seeing it enclosed on the site gives a false assumption that the temperature of the water is not subjected to the environment however that is not the case. The enclosure seems to be permeable. I loved the grounds and hate that I did not get pictures on the property. I liked the privacy also. The host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend and/or stay here again if ever needed. (Please have cleaners be mindful of cobwebs in the high bathroom ceilings. Did not bother me but may turn off future guests).

Nice living room area for hanging out, convenient location, peaceful, excellent weather, magnificent live oak.

I would highly recommend Stacie and Tim's property for any family gathering. The house was beautiful and clean. It was bright the property was fabulous to walk around on and the house is big enough to allow people to have their own space. I enjoyed it not being right in town because it made it feel more at home. I would absolutely rent their property again.

The house and property was exactly what we were looking for with all the family. Really enjoyed the room of the house and the outside property to get out and enjoy being outside.

Before I even unloaded the truck I had to walk over to that incredible old moss-draped oak tree and put my hands on it. Sitting under that tree with my morning coffee was an emotional experience. We absolutely loved the accommodations and will be back!

Marine graduation celebration
This house is great for a large family gathering. There is so much space. Even with our large blended family we never felt like we were crowded. The pool area is fantastic. The drive is about 30mins, but I actually preferred that because you are out in the country and it’s quiet and so peaceful. The tree in the front yard is an absolute dream!! I would have a wedding under there if I could. Thank you for a great vacation, and such a wonderful house for our family to celebrate our Marine!

Beautiful location
Had a great stay, something for everyone. Location is perfect. Would definitely recommend .
*Maintenance workers and neighbor showed up multiple times with out notice and that was a little off putting for us especially for our girls that were in the pool .

Wonderful, Peaceful
The property was beautiful. The house was close to attractions yet quiet. I agree with other reviews that the pictures did not do it justice.

Great house!
The house is very spacious. The guys enjoyed the pool table and there's also a very nice pool and a hot tub. We just had a problem with the hot tub not being ready when we arrived which was disappointing but we were able to use it the last evening we were there. The owners did work hard to get it available for us.

Parris Island Graduation week.
The entire process was a breeze. (Easy). The experience and stay was most pleasant. If another visit to Beaufort SC was in the future we would consider staying here again.

A little home away from home.
We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and all of them have their own specialness to them but this property was different. Every February we meet our friends from Florida at a "central" location. This was the perfect house for us! The pictures do not do this house justice. You feel so welcome the minute you walk in the door. There is so much space for everyone to be comfortable. Our children that range from 10 years old to 1 years old had a blast! It's truly family centered. We were able to venture out and see local attractions without feeling disconnected from the house. However, everyone was always eager to go back! The tree in the yard was magnificent and the space in the backyard was perfect for the boys to practice throwing a ball. We unfortunately didn't get to meet the ducks but the deer were fun visitors. Plus, the pool table makes for great company for the adults and older kids! We will definitely book this house again if we choose this area for a future trip!

Perfectly Peaceful
This clean and cozy home had everything we needed for a much needed break. Lots of little touches and convenient location even though the property is private and secluded. Beautiful pool area!

Great Place To Stay
The house and property are very nice. Probably the coolest place I've ever rented from VBRO.

OOHRAH
All we can say is WOW! The greatroom, kitchen, dining area are great to hang out while food is getting ready. The tree in the front yard is amazing for family photos. It's far enough away to feel secluded, but everything is just a drive away. If you have a loved one graduating from Parris Island, this home is only a stones throw away. Hunting Island Beach is only 30 minutes away(yes i went in the water in December), and you have to walk to the top of the lighthouse. All in all, this is a great HOME to stay at, I say home because it's was like being home.

Exactly as Described.
Our family had an amazing stay. Everything you could want or need was on this property. The house was very clean. Large enough for family and you were not on top of each other. Very quite. Would definitely stay again.

Parris Island Graduation
My grandson graduated boot camp and the whole family 10 people went and throughly enjoyed our stay in the house. Everyone had a bathroom which made getting ready very easy. Would recommend it !!!!!!

Nice house, but not clean
This was a very nice house, but was not very clean. We loved the pool, hot tub and the large open floor plan. It was a great location with an amazing tree in the front yard, as well as a pond. However, the house appeared to not have been cleaned for some time. There was a thick layer of dust everywhere. There was a dead tree frog on the coffee table downstairs. One of our guests was sleeping downstairs and did not have sheets to fit the futon. In one of the upstairs bathrooms, there were anchors, screws and sawdust on the floor. All of the windows were really dirty as well as the siding. One upstairs bedroom had red spots on the bedspread and really flat pillows on the beds. There was food residue as well as dust on the stove and table. The tv had a line running horizontally through the picture. We had a little difficulty finding it, and tried to call the two numbers provided and got no answer, and the voicemail was full. There was no towel rack in the master bathroom, but drywall mud where it should be. We were only given one towel per person for a 3 night stay.
This is a very nice house. I would use it again if the problems were resolved. We were wondering if the owners were even aware of the problems. I hope this review can shed some light on an otherwise very nice house.

Relaxing country home
We had four couples, and we found lots of space to come together in the living room and at the pool. Everyone had lots of privacy in their bedroom. The laundry room was very convenient. The highlight of the property was the pool area and hot tub.

Great vacation rental
This rental was wonderful - big spacious house with a well stocked kitchen and newer appliances, lovely swimming pool, very nice private location but convenient to all the activities we wanted to do (boating, fishing, beach, and horseback riding) as well as grocery stores. The rental and check-in process were seamless and Stacey was immediately responsive to any questions. The welcome bag at check-in was a very nice touch. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool immensely, as well as the hot tub and playing pool in the family room. Numerous tvs in house avoided kids arguing over what to watch in the evenings! I would definitely rent this property again should we travel to this area in the future.

Amazing Getaway
Our family of 4 stayed a week for a family getaway. We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The house was large and had more than enough space. We especially loved our time in the gorgeous pool, playing in the game room and feeding the ducks. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked it again for next summer! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Family Vacation
We had an AMAZING time! The house was even bigger than we thought, the pictures do not do it justice. There was plenty of space, that no one ever felt on top of each other.. My boys (5 & 2) loved feeding the ducks cheerios and using the pool daily. The owners were very prompt with their responses and helpful. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely return. Book your stay, you won't regret it!
