Our lakefront townhouse that comfortably sleeps 8 is perfect for guests of all ages! Nestled inside the private gates of Reynolds Lake Oconee, this is the perfect place to enjoy all that this world renowned community has to offer. We are just completing total renovations of the Master bedroom & bathroom as well as the guest bathroom (Updated pictures to come). Boat, jet ski, kayak & paddle board rentals are nearby. Endless lake activities and miles of walking trails will make your stay here unforgettable! Nearby restaurants, shopping and movie theater. You will absolutely love relaxing on our screened porch enjoying the sunset over the lake contemplating what fun adventures await you the following day!

The home is spacious, clean and with too many amenities to list. We had an unbelievable family vacation visiting our parents and celebrating their collective 170th birthday party. The view is amazing and the location is central to everything inside of Reynolds. We will definitely stay again when visiting our parents. Thakk you for a wonderful stay!

I don't recall that a property I've ever rented actually EXCEEDED descriptions, expectations and even the photos, but this house did! It was in the perfect location on the lake with a glorious view from the screened porch. Being on the cove with a marina, you'd expect noise, but it was so quiet. The rooms were modern and airy, the living room was cozy, the downstairs bedrooms were wonderfully attired, with comfy beds. The master bathroom was exquisite, and the second downstairs bedroom had two Queen beds with plenty of space and utilized the hall full bathroom. Both bathrooms were larger than we expected. The upstairs area had a very comfy Queen bed, with loads of bunks, but this space was soooo big, much bigger than the photos! The bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable and had probably the most comfy bunk bed I've ever slept in. The upstairs bathroom is gigantic, with two sinks. My only complaint is, because I am 4' 10.5" I had trouble climbing into the tub and shower combo!!!! We were worried we would run out of toilet tissue and had brought extra, but didn't actually need it. There was plenty of liquid soap and shampoo, loads of towels, and hangers. The screened porch, as promised, was definitely our favorite room, although our 94 year old mother could not move the chairs, as they were heavy. Yet, they were quite comfortable and the ceiling fan was sufficient to cool the 90+ degree porch. We would all stay here again in a heart beat!!!!

My husband and I rented the cottage for a week with a few friends. Beautiful view of the lake from the back screened in porch! The house was spotless and very well equipped. The new bathrooms are beautiful! The host and manager were very easy to communicate with and readily available. We will stay here again!

This was our third stay at Kelly’s cottage. She is awesome to work with and we absolutely love her property. Perfect location, super clean and beautifully renovated. Perfect spot for getaway at Reynolds.

We enjoyed another absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage. The views are stunning. The home is always immaculately clean and nicely appointed. It is perfect for our annual family lake vacation, which includes our parents (70s) and children (8mo and 6yo). So many wonderful nearby activities (golf, fishing, boating, a beach, and more). Kelly is absolutely the best and we just love staying at this property. Thank you!!

We had a lovely time BUT, we didn’t read the fine print but the fireplace was off-limits to guess, we bought $60 worth of wood and realized we could not use it that was very disappointing. Having owned a home and rentals and rented it on VRBO for 10 years I can honestly say if you show a picture on your website with fireplace tools I would assume your fireplace is operational and I did not read all of the house rules we were very disappointed but we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time with rest and relaxation at this property. The thing we liked the most was it had 3 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom with showers so it was like 3 separate suites. Two downstairs and one upstairs. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay again.

The view was amazing and the place offered everything that we needed. While the fixtures are dated it was very clean. The only thing that was missing was a few throw blankets since the weather has turned cooler to continue to enjoy the beautiful view.

Loved this place! This was an annual trip for myself and 3 great friends. The house was perfect for us! We loved the view! Lots of room for us. The house was clean and in fantastic shape. We spent a day at the Ritz Carlton Spa, rode our bikes, ate, drank, and solved all of the world's problems. Thanks for making this such a pleasurable experience!
