Nestled in Iowa, this charming cottage for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Relax in the quiet of the charming countryside surrounding Nauvoo, yet be close enough to enjoy all the local attractions within minutes. Nauvoo Country Cottage is located just 7.5 miles from the Nauvoo Illinois Temple. This cozy home sits on 3 acres giving plenty of privacy to your family or group. There are 4 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and two with twin bunk beds. The bedrooms with the bunk beds also have lofts with full size mattresses. The lofts are great for kids or small adults and are enclosed with a secure railing. Must be able to climb a ladder to use the lofts. Two pack-n-play cribs also available for babies. Reunions or large groups may use the yard for tents at $5 per person above 12. Keep in mind that the home is only furnished for up to 12 (sheets, blankets, plates) and there are only 2 bathrooms. There is plenty of free parking onsite (campers and trailers welcome), and lots of area outside for kids to run and play!

House had all the amenities we could have asked for. Our stay was wonderful and Jordan and Morgan were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive when we had a question or a need. We appreciate their welcoming efforts. We hope to stay here again soon.

Great communication and quick responses from the start! The house was perfect for our group. Great kitchen table so we could all eat together and play games into the night. They provided everything we needed plus more. The lofts were so fun and the 2 bathrooms were big. Very clean property and would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this older farm house. It is in a beautiful country setting which is only about 15 minutes from Nauvoo. The owner is responsive and cares about his guests.

The owner was great to work with. The home was big enough to fit our group of 12 comfortably and had an open layout in the living room and dining room. The location was 10 minutes from Nauvoo. It was an older home and had stray cats that hung around the property, and the living room rug smelled like cat urine. There was also ants in one of the lofts and in the bathroom.

Youth soccer tournaments in Burlington are notorious for having very few hotels available, so I highly recommend this place for folks looking for an alternative. About 25 min from recplex. Tons of beds for kiddos.

We loved our time at this little house in Niota. The kitchen is as well stocked as any we've ever seen and the kids had fun with the games in the cabinet. We appreciated the great communication with Jordan and all of the couch space to watch Conference on. I hope we get back to Nauvoo and if we do, we'd definitely stay at this property again.

We totally enjoyed the cottage. It had plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were spacious. It has a country style with a little modern flair decor. It was peaceful. We felt safe. We would stay there again.

This was a great stay for me and the grandkids. It was just a little mini Christmas vacation and it was wonderful place to say just to unplug from and it all went great. We had an unexpected visitor on our first night, somehow a raccoon got into our van, and that was fun and interesting but other than that it was a really great time and I would recommend it for people wanting to just get away relax and I would definitely go again as I have already been there before.

The farmhouse was perfect for our family. The location was perfect- easy to find and very quiet. Check in and check out was a breeze. Our family was able to relax and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in! The large farmhouse table was nice for games and breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone staying in the area!

The property is kind of remote but is within a short drive to gas or a Dollar General, should you need something. The beds were comfortable! We did not cook while there but if you plan on cooking, the kitchen is well-stocked with anything you would need! We enjoyed our stay!

We were pleasantly surprised with how roomy this home is. The yard was also such a great asset. We loved playing outside after a day out. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being out in the country. Jordan was very responsive when a need arose. We would happily rent this home again

We loved staying at this property. It had plenty of space for our family of 7. We sometimes have challenges finding room for our kids to spread out and have privacy, but we had no fuss here! I wouldn't definitely recommend for families.

It was the perfect size for my family of 8. Beds were actually comfortable. Great that the table fit all of us lol. We liked that it was quite and out in the country yet close to alot of different places and things to do. Was a neat area with alot of history to explore. Everything you would need is within 10ish miles. Only negative things I have to say about staying here was there was only 6 bath towels and the kitchen didn't have many cooking utensils. But there was a washer an dryer so not having enough towels wasn't a huge deal. Just would of been a little easier on us. Otherwise all and all can't really complain about the house. The house had a lot of extras of things and I thought it was really awesome they had a bunch of dishes for children, a height chair, and pac n plays.

This the home is a nice place to get away and just be secluded if you're just wanting to relax and not go out and sightsee it's peaceful. I had one little concern but it wasn't nothing big to make me change my mind, this was a great place and a great price I would definitely go here again.

We loved the location outside of town, it was very quiet and private. It was very spacious, plenty of room for sleeping, cooking, dining. This home was stocked with everything we would need. Jordan is a great host and quick to respond.

The home is better than the pictures and descriptions. The home was very clean. The beds very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was easy. Communication with the home owner was great. Very pleased. I would highly recommend this home. It is very close to Nauvoo. Yet it is out in the country side. I went running every morning we stayed at the home. Wonderful place. I will definitely stay again when visiting Nauvoo.
