Nothing. Highly disappointedi

What I paid for they have not provided. No WiFi working., no phone extension working, no Ac working, room size is too small and shown in the photos big room which they have only 2 rooms in the hotel and already occupied. They mention extra large size bed and charged extra and they have still written on the Internet booking..com the same but there is normal size of bed. Not satisfied at all. They are charging bomb. But not giving the right service. Room no 406 too small.

The access to riverfront by walk. The view from the outdoor restaurant. The restaurant staff.

The road access is too narrow. Parking is not available. I got a room with no window. Room service is delayed.

Reliable choice, good value

We chose this property due to its location, as we were in Rishikesh to attend a concert it was walking distance from the venue. In general, it was quite central, easy walk across Janki Bridge to Swarg Ashram. Also 15-20 mins walk to Triveni Ghat. Staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Very competitve tariff.

Oddly the location map /pin on the booking.com page is incorrect, though address provided is correct. This can be confusing and needs correction. Rooms are comfortable but could do with some sprucing up. Also sometimes gets noisy by night due to guest traffic and what seemed like shifting chairs in the restaurant.

Except view of Ganges river from terrace

Location is in congested lane, approach is extremely bad. It was not mentioned in Booking.com details of hotel.They should have given this fact in hotel details. Rooms are very small and uncomfortable, facilities very poor. Geyser was not working,had to change room at 9.00 pm in winter.Rod heater was provided which was dangerous and ineffective. Overall blame Booking.com for promoting such useless hotel. Sorry Sorry Sorry.

It was comfortable and relaxing

1. Liked the location it was very close to Ganga ji with neat and clean surroundings. The ghat nearby and benches to sit was the plus point. 2. Rooftop view and seating area was so good that we spent most of our time on the terrace and ordered food from the resto on the same floor 3. Food taste was good 4. Staff was quite accommodating . We were with kids they came multiple times whenever asked to clean floor, heat food etc

Value for money as the room size were okay and as it was in residential area the traffic sound was little bothering.

Nice stay close to Ganga

Clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms with a nice view from the roof top. Just 100mtrs from the river Ganga. Food was good too.
