The advertisement of Jacuzzi and sauna are false as they don’t work. exercise room consists of 3 antiquated cardio machines. internet works sometimes. my room was not attended

depending on whether you have a room on the front or back the road noise level is different (they did make me aware of this at the beginning)- if you are sensitive to road noise I would suggest a room on the back half of the hotel.

We got just one towel. Light in bathroom did not work. The bed was so hard I could not sleep. Sauna and whirpool out of order!

New hotel, location was good for me, only a 10 minute walk from where I needed to go.

Bed is very hard, not just firm, hard. There is no hot water for the shower. The noise isolation for the room is poor, I could hear everything going on in reception, one floor below. My A/C stopped working one night and I could not find anyone to get it turned back on. Turned out the breaker had tripped but I could not get anyone until the next morning to fix it.

The staff was friendly. The wifi worked well. The historic part of the town was close by. There are plenty of restaurants close by and stores.

The lobby is on the second floor. There are no elevators to the lobby or the other floors. We stayed on Saturday night and there was a lot of noise in the area surrounding the hotel.
