Non saprei dire cosa con certezza cosa mi sia piaciuto della struttura anche perché ciò che c’era di positivo non era questo granché
Il sapone per le mani puzzava di chimico e lasciva un odore al quanto sgradevole, inoltre la struttura essendo all’undicesimo piano dovevamo prendere l’ascensore che funzionava a monete e fin qua non ho nulla da dichiarare, ma ho avuto la fortuna di denotare che in realtà funzionava anche senza dover lasciare all’interno tutte quelle monete. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, la maggior parte delle prese non funzionavano, oltre ad altre luci, pure il phon era guasto, il Wi-Fi non funziona per nulla e le porte avevano costanti problemi di apertura e chiusura sia dato dalle porte mal funzionanti che dalle chiavi. In poche parole tutte le cose che la struttura avrebbe dovuto fornire in realtà o non funzionavano o avevano problemi evidenti.

Assenza di phon nonostante lo avessi chiesto, assenza dello staff e in generale stanza da sistemare (muffa, crepe nel muro, bastone della renda tenuto su da un chiodo instabile, prezzo un po' alto considerata la zona stazione e le condizioni della stanza)

Ho avuto purtroppo un'esperienza estremamente negativa presso questo albergo. Sfortunatamente, non posso raccomandarlo a nessuno, e vorrei condividere la mia esperienza per avvertire gli altri viaggiatori.
L'igiene in questo albergo era molto carente. La mia camera era sporca e aveva un odore sgradevole che rendeva difficile trascorrere del tempo al suo interno. Inoltre, ho notato la presenza di ragnatele in alcune parti della stanza, il che ha ulteriormente peggiorato la situazione.
La mancanza di acqua calda è stata un problema significativo durante il mio soggiorno. Nonostante i miei continui tentativi, non sono riuscito ad avere una doccia decente. Questo ha reso il mio soggiorno molto scomodo.
Il rumore nell'hotel era insopportabile. Sembrava che non ci fosse alcun controllo del rumore, e ho avuto difficoltà a riposare a causa del costante frastuono proveniente dai corridoi e dalle camere vicine.
Per quanto riguarda il personale, ho avuto l'impressione che non fossero adeguatamente formati o educati nell'accoglienza dei clienti. La mancanza di professionalità era evidente e ha contribuito a peggiorare la mia esperienza generale, e ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto la ricevuta del mio soggiorno.
In conclusione, non consiglierei questo albergo a nessuno. La mia esperienza è stata estremamente deludente, e spero che questo feedback possa aiutare l'albergo a migliorare la qualità dei suoi servizi per i futuri ospiti.

Struttura piccola ma comoda e fornita anche di mini frigorifero. Il posto è centrale vicino alla stazione dei bus e alla metro quindi ottimo. Accoglienza gentile e soddisfacente.
Unica pecca della zona è che la sera tardi nn c’è un bell’ambiente… bisogna fare attenzione se qualcuno dà fastidio mentre si rientra nelle ore tarde… quasi pericoloso.

Nothing. We did not feel safe enough to go into the building.
The area of town the B&B was located was not a place I felt comfortable bringing myself and two daughters, 13 & 11, into a large unknown building. We never even went inside to stay because we did not feel safe in the neighborhood, and I had already paid for it and lost that money.

Convenient to train station.
It took us a while to find as it had no clear signage. No check in process, had to talk to host through translate and typing on whatsapp. No information about breakfast so had no idea how we received that. No sound proofing, could hear everything inside and out. The shutter didn’t work so room was very bright very early.

Very close to a train station. The rooms were very clean and modern. Lovely bathroom & room. The hosts were easy to communicate with and welcoming. Would recommend for a short stay.

Really close from the central station
The air conditioning was leaking and the only solution if I wanted fixed was to cancel my booking so I would not have a place to stay for that night. I had to put towels on my floor, which was dirty. Napoli that day was 36 degrees, air conditioning was NEEDED. Also the toilet was dirty, it had pee. And the bed was small and uncomfortable

The location was conveniently located by the central Napoli train/bus station
Firstly, the building was so hard to find. It's located in a block of apartments and not clearly labelled.
Also, the communication was the worst we've ever had with any hotel/place of stay. He would not respond back at all to some messages, and if he did respond, it was because we called him. He was also not there himself to let us in or to take our payment - we had to leave the money on the bedside table with no receipt etc, because he wouldn't come to collect the money himself.
The shower curtains and shower itself were filthy, with mould/dirt building up around the edges.
The b&b is also on 11th floor (rooftop yes, but the only view you get is out of the window, you can't actually go out on the rooftop), and you have to pay 10€ to use the lift.
Would not recommend at all if you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay without any stress! There are defo better places to stay in Napoli

amazing view of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. amazing location right next to the central station and short walks to any area. entrance is a little hard to find as there’s no signs, make sure you have contact with the proprietor.

The view was amazing from the terrace.
The hotel was close to the train and bus stations.
Extra blankets were available and are kept in the cupboard.
The room wasn't what I booked - it only had one double bed, so my brother and I had to share. I had booked a room with a single and a double bed.
No staff to us check-in or out. There was no confirmation about late check-in even after I had emailed, messaged on Booking.com, and messaged on whatsapp.
Instructions to get into the hotel/room were sent via whatsapp, step by step with long pauses between steps, and it felt like an escape room.
The room had a broken shower, broken tap, and there were holes in the walls.
Mini bar was empty.
The hotel was hard to find, there was no clear sign/s, and there was no staff to meet us. It was unsafe to arrive late at night, Naples isn't a safe city. We were let into the lobby by another guest by random chance.
You have to pay 10 cents per trip on the elevator - it has to be a 10 cent coin.
Breakfast was one pastry and one drink (coffee or juice).
Noisy neighbours, so the room wasn't soundproof.
No clothes rack available in room.
On the second night of our stay, another guest was given our room number by mistake during their whatsapp check-in messages, and at 10:30 PM, they tried to enter our bedroom.

cleanliness , comfortable, location. It's very close to main train station and busses, and at walking distance of city centre.
There's a coffee machine outside the room that can be used.
A bit noisy due to doors opening and closing during the night.
Lack of precise details on how to find the place. No sign at the door.
Directions to get to the room were given by whatsapp on a step by step basis ... once you complete one step you were given the next step to complete.... quite weird ... like in an escape room game.
There was nobody to talk to and could give you the key. The key to access the apartment was left hidden in a place, then once inside you were told the room number to access.
This definitely needs a review in the check in procedures.
The coffee machine seemed to have no proper maintenance. The lower tray was full of water, dripping to the floor. We cleaned and washed it in the room.

The view
The bathroom was very poor, the toilet didn't have the sitting and the shower was not working very well, leaking. The double bed was 2 single beds close each other with the crack in the middle. The overall cleaning was avarage.
Was very very noisy from the traffic outside and the station, and also the walls are too thin that we could hear all the people speaking in other rooms. We slept very bad.

The location is really nice- just 4 minutes from the central station, which is the leading traffic interchange of the city. You can reach any other place in Napoli or visit other cities easily from here. Breakfast was also really nice! Even though it's not smth we are used to( a sweet pastry and coffee), for us it was quite filling and it was nice to taste Italian culture a bit more.
The view from the balcony was great, bur we had rain during our stay, so we didn't use the terrace.
The third bed was a folding bed with a mattress, which was not very convenient, but taking into account the price, it is ok. Also the bed linen didn't look quite fresh, but overall it's ok. And don't forget to take your own toiletries.

Poor check-in- “host” organised a time to meet us - didn’t show - couldn’t contact him.
Eventually by phone, limited. English, gave. Instruction into a certain room. Then called. Back apologising - wrong room! Changed rooms. Terrace furniture broken. Shower. Curtain mouldy. Shower base mould, rusty. Bathroom otherwise OK.

The street where is the hotel is not clean snd very noisy. We found a rat the first night near to the door.
