Great location, very close to the beach and restaurants/shops.

Great location

The front gate is very hard to lock and unlock. Would not recommend more that 3-4 people for this apartment as there is only 1 bathroom and only enough hot water for around 3 showers.

The great location mostly made up for the bad parts of the experience, but the very smelly fridge and the uncomfortable

Amazing location, great private parking space, very kind staff, quiet neighborhood, nice if a bit small bathroom.

Couldn’t use the fridge as it was reeking with a smell. Same about the kitched furniture, opted for not cooking at home. Extra double bed was terrible for comfort. Property gate lock was not working and did not get replaced. 2 out of 3 reading lamps had a bad bulb. 1 of the two airconditioners was not cooling, only blowing air.

Horrific

I could write a thesis on this accommodation and every word would be NEGATIVE. I just want to point out I have never gone to the hassle of leaving a review on booking.com as I've a busy life but I would hate for anyone else to experience what we did and their holiday to be ruined. Avoid this place at all costs. Hot water to shower runs out after 1 person has a quick shower, the second person to shower will have to wait for water to reheat. No power in shower, a flimsy nozzle head. Light streams in and wakes you in the morning....curtains are not black out. 1 ratty towel given per person for a 5 night stay, told when I asked for a second towel that " We are not a hotel". I have long hair and I only had 1 bath towel, I suppose they expect you to use the same towel to dry your body first and then wrap up your hair and us girls know that doesn't work! Management and staff horrific to deal with. Not pleasant, a money grabbing property. Key to enter main gate doesn't work properly, you've to mess with it for ages and standing in the sun trying to turn a key over and over and not gaining access becomes very frustrating. Shower door leaks, water streams across bathroom floor, very slippy and dangerous. The stay ruined my Italian holiday, we checked out after 1 day, were to stay 5 in total.

Nice flat in fantastic location

Great location, good facilities, private parking. Fantastic beach is on the doorstep. Short walk away from the city centre.

Overwhelming smell of air freshener - it was hard to breathe for the first two days. Equipment requires a bit of TLC. Fridge needs defrosting and dishwasher doesn’t work.

Comfortable and well equipped for a family with 2 kids

It is a comfortable and very well equipped apartman for a family with 2 kids. We had everything we needed for our stay, particularly in the kitchen, and everything was good quality. The establishment is a 10 minute walk from the Lama Monacheli and the city center. It was quiet and peaceful (in May).

It's not really closed to the street: the backyard fence is low, and one time the local boys just came in for a shower to the other apartman's courtyard. You need to close every window and door when you go out, or for the night. We didn't have any problem with security, but you need to be careful. But the gardener didn't let us in, when we wanted to come in at a different gate... :)

Comfortable, convenient and adequate for our needs.

There was no breakfast and we struggled to find a place that did breakfast close by

Nothing really, it was very comfortable, quite. A lovely outside spot and close to amenities, it was not fault of host that there were few places to have a breakfast

Brilliant apartment

The apartment was comfortable, clean and bright ( for the price we paid I believe it’s good )! . In perfect location , walking distance to restaurants , shops & beach . We were staying off the season so I presume during the season time the apartment will be lively as it’s like a holiday park , for kids would be more fun . We had private parking space , which was locked and safe . Even though the area seems very tranquila & safe . Rossana who welcomed us was very polite , professional and helpful . She was texting us to ask if we ok during the stay , also lovely Rossana gave us many tips were to eat , what to visit etc , we really appreciate it . Thank you
