Very beautiful dominant architect house of 240m2 with 4 parental bedrooms and 1 'dormitory' bedroom, located due south on a wooded hill with view on the lake, very quiet, beautiful sunshine, in a private dead end. Possibility of walks in the forest or by the lake, on foot or by bike, 20 minutes from the city center.
Nautical activities, mountain walks (Mont Revard 1500m above sea level, Dent du chat (1390m above sea level).

Nice house with amazing views and lovely pool. Fairly clean but could have been cleaner. Lots of the owners stuff left at the property so it does feel like you're staying in someone elses house. Owner lives next door and doesnt speak much english and my french isnt great so had some communication issues, in particular over the 50 euro per person charge for linen.

Our family group of 6 adults/6 children (ages 2-7) enjoyed our stay here at last, having originally reserved this property for a 2020 family vacation which, thanks to Covid, we had to postpone until 2022! We loved the large pool, outdoor terraces, and spectacular views of Lac Bourget and the surrounding mountains. The property is ideally situated high above the lake and within 5-10 minutes by car of grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor markets and bakeries. The house was well appointed, and we enjoyed dining both indoors and out, with 3 large tables available that could accommodate our large group. There was some confusion at check-in since our landlord did not know the property well and could not give us We had one major problem during the week, a breakdown of the electrical mechanism for closing the pool, which was a grave concern both to us and the landlords since we had 6 small children with us. The landlords were unable to find an electrician to repair it while we were there.

Cuisine bien équipée avec beaucoup de vaisselles. Belle vue sur le lac en bas. Piscine agréable et grande. Terrasse bien agencée et très agréable.

Very pleasant stay
The house is spacious and extremely well equipped, there is everything you could possibly need for families with young kids. The owner lives next door and is very responsive. The view from the house is superb, the heated swimming pool is great. Overall fantastic for families.

Fabulous Location - Perfect Family Getaway
In all honesty I don't think the photo's on the page really capture how lovely this house and it's location is. It's gorgeous. There were twelve of us and we all fitted in perfectly without stumbling over each other. The bedrooms were great, as was the living space. The pool, decked area and views were really lovely and several evenings we enjoyed a BBQ on the deck. Aix-Les-Bains itself is delightful, and the Grande Porte is about 1 mile away to walk. Be mindful that the last road up to the house is steep, so not for the faint hearted. The house is in a residential area but still feels secluded. Marie was lovely too, very helpful even with our broken (very) French. I would highly recommend this house.

We arrived for our daughters wedding with a large party of friends and family . All the bedrooms were a good size , there was a homely feel in the house so you felt you could relax . Home from home . The pool was amazing , seating areas were plenty , in sun , shade , which ever you preferred .
Kitchen was very well equipped , I say that because our friend Charlotte produced a three tier wedding cake in the kitchen !! We loved it and would definitely visit there again . Archie our 20 month old Grandson had a multitude of toys and garden house he could play in , as the owner has a wonderful family with 10 grandchildren .. I have a bit of catching up to do !! Aix les Bains itself is also a beautiful place to visit . Wonderful views a multitude of restaurants and sporting activities as well as a good high street if you fancy a bit of retail therapy . Something for everyone .

A wonderful holiday and a fabulous location for our daughters wedding .
We arrived for our daughters wedding with a large party of friends and family . All the bedrooms were a good size , there was a homely feel in the house so you felt you could relax . Home from home . The pool was amazing , seating areas were plenty , in sun , shade , which ever you preferred .

Très belle villa pour de très bonnes vacances
Je recommande vivement cette villa; nous étions 8 adultes et plusieurs petits enfants; le confort, la très grande terrasse bien équipée, la piscine, les jeux pour enfants...nous ont permis de passer une excellente semaine.
La vue sur le lac rajoute encore à la très bonne impression.

C'est la 2eme fois que nous louions
cette magnifique maison chez Marie avec toujours autant de plaisir ! Tout est très bien étudié pour passer de très bonnes vacances avec les enfants. Sans aucune hésitation, nous recommandons cette maison ! Merci beaucoup à Marie et son mari pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.

Très belle maison avec belle vue sur le lac
Cette maison est spacieuse, parfaitement entretenue et équipée, les propriétaires, très agréables, ont pensé à de multiples détails qui facilitent le quotidien. La piscine est facile à fermer pour éviter tout accident. Grande terrasse entre la maison et la partie piscine, grand jardin. Un 2e espace salon à l'étage bien pratique quand on est nombreux.

Maison récente en très bon état, mise a disposition avec un ménage et un jardin impeccables, et toute équipée pour passer en famille avec amis et enfants de très bonnes vacances. Sa situation privilégiée est propice aux balades touristiques dans la région du Lac. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, à vos petits soins et a votre disposition au moindre soucis. Literie confortable. Matériel de loisir abondant et fonctionnel. Nous avions même oublié des vêtements sur place que Mme la propriétaire s'est chargée de nous renvoyer a domicile a ses frais (attention très délicate à souligner). Vue magnifique, piscine chauffée très appréciable. Seul point en retrait : la deco parfois un peu datée dans certaines pièces. Location à choisir les yeux fermés, avis laissé pourtant par des locataires exigeants. Merci

A ne pas manquer !
C'est une belle propriété dans un environnement très calme, à proximité du lac. Possibilité de faire de belles balades au bord du lac et en forêt. La maison est bien entretenue, la cuisine est très bien équipée, le salon et les chambres sont confortables. Grande terrasse avec tables, chaises longues et salon extérieur, idéal pour la sieste et l’apéro ! Très belle piscine chauffée. Nous étions plusieurs couples et la maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour que chacun s’y sente à l’aise, Les propriétaires sont accueillants, très serviables et ont d'excellents conseils pour les restaurants et les endroits à visiter. Rien à redire, que du positif !
