About this apartment rental

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo on the lower level at Lazy Days. Brand new flooring throughout in January 2021! The deck is screened with an excellent view of the state park and main channel. The kitchen is fully stocked with any kitchen equipment imaginable, and the towels, linens, and furniture are all new and top notch. Lazy Days offers two swimming pools and a playground to guests. There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom has one king bed, the other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each.
There is an aero bed for use if needed as well as a baby stroller and kid picnic table on the deck. Free trailer parking but at this time, no boat slip! Close to shopping.

One of the nicest condos we stayed at in Lazy Days ( 6 years of family reunions). Very clean, new flooring, stocked well with extra towels, linens. Host was very easy to work with. We will be back.

Condo was very nice! My family enjoyed their stay there. Condo is spacious & very nicely decorated and has all the amenities that you could want. I rented it as a second condo as I own a condo down there & had more family coming than my condo could accommodate. I would definitely rent again if we need to.

The condo was great. Well equipped and when we had a problem the owners were fast to reply. Easy access to most things in Osage Beach and a great view of the lake. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch.

We stayed at this location because it was close to the winery and cheaper than a hotel. The place was perfect! The beds were comfortable. Very spacious to have two couples stay there! Three bathrooms made it very nice. The decor was very pleasant. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

This property is awesome!! Very clean, beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. Fantastic deck area with plenty of seating for our family of 7, has everything you need with little touches to make you feel at home. We stayed in this condo over Christmas which meant lots of cooking, eating, and visiting with family. This property is lovely and well located. The kitchen is well equipped to allow serious cooking (a full Christmas meal and chili). We enjoyed the open floor plan and the large dining table which easily accommodated the 4 of us and our 3 guests. For those who have difficulty with stairs, there are about 10 steps down to the unit but my mother-in-law who uses a walker was able to get up and down them with some additional help. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

We absolutely loved the location and the boat slip was so conveniently located. The screened deck was a big plus too. There unit was decorated nicely with extra over the top charm (loved the sea shell shaped folded towels and toilet paper). We would have loved to stay longer as we didn’t have time to swim in the pools but the kids enjoyed their short but sweet time at the playground. The owners were very responsive and check in was easy.

We loved staying at For Pete's Sake. It was so comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, and there were plenty of linens. The screened in deck was a real treat- we ate every meal out there. Location is very private and safe, easy to access, and close to many great places to see. We wished we had reserved the condo for a longer stay, we will if we travel to the area again!

This condo was perfect for us! Everything was just as said and the pictures don't do it justice. The deck is nice just wish we could have utilized (too cold). Perfect place for a family

This place was amazing. The condo sits right on the Lake with a beautiful view. It rained a lot during our stay but the balcony is screened in so we utilized that often (and there are a lot of indoor activities around)!. Huge windows off the living room and master bedroom allowed us to enjoy the natural light. The owners were super responsive! We are hoping to make this a tradition our family of 6 and we will definitely check this place out next time we come. Highly recommend this unit!! Thanks for letting our family enjoy your space.
