* A pool for the exclusive use of guests, measuring 6.40mx3.50m and average depth of 1.20m.
* A large balcony with barbecue, tables, chairs, balcony, 1 sink, 1 grill.
* Internal garage for 4 cars (can park more cars on the sidewalk in front of the house inside the condominium).
It is 650 m from the beach of COCANHA (considered one of the most BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN beaches of the North Coast of SP) has access to the beach by foot exclusively through the condominium, leaves in the sand of the beach. The house is within the Recanto Verde Mar Condominium (the concierge is on Rod. Dr. Manoel Hipólito do Rego, 7216-Massaguaçu, next to the bridge of the Rio Cocanha). The condominium has concierge and RONDAS 24h (with entry and exit control of pedestrians and vehicles). 8 km from the center of Caragua.
. * KEY REMOVAL IS ONLY IN CARAGUA WITH MRS. ALZIRA (administers for me there), at her house, she lives near the condominium, where are the houses.
* PLEASE NOTE: KEY WITHDRAWAL TIME IS UNTIL 23:30 ON THE DAY OF ENTRY OR NEXT FROM 6 AM.
* NOT ALLOWED BY HIGH VOLUME SOUND CONDOMAIN IN THE HOUSE (ambient sound only). Subject to fine in case of complaint \ missed notice.
* WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED / TABLE AND BATHING CLOTHES (for the stay bring personal items, pillow, sheets, towels, etc.).
* WE HAVE PREFERENCE FOR FAMILY OR COUPLE GROUPS.
* VANS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONDOMINIUM.

* CONDOMINIUM HAS EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO BEACH FOR PEDESTRIAN. GET OUT ON THE SAND OF COCANHA BEACH.
BEACH ACCESS:
-The house is about 650 m walk from the beach using the exclusive access of the condominium (the access is next to the gate);
- Or drive from the house to the street that has access to the beach (still inside the condominium, next to the concierge, park the car) and cross 50 m on foot, ARRIVED IN THE SAND OF COCANHA BEACH.
