Great clean place walking distance to the beach

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at this home in north falmouth. It is very close to the beach, a park and perfect for a larger group with a lot of common spaces to hang out in. Greg was great, very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

The house is very comfortable and clean. Located in a great spot. My 21 month old grandson loved the beach. The beach is perfect for little ones.

The house is absolutely perfect for families looking for a great getaway. Very spacious and kid friendly and walkable to a great sandy beach. Owners are wonderful and easy to contact. Highly recommend

House was in very good location with the beech. Interior of the house needs some improvement. Kitchen stove is located in the dark corner with out exhaust fan and light utensils in short supply. Upstairs bathroom shower is very small. Not enough room to turn around while in shower. Janardhan

The house was very quaint, clean, and perfect for our company retreat. We enjoyed lunch on the outside patio and dinner in the screened-in balcony. The house is also surprisingly big on the inside; there was plenty of space for us to crash for the night. The beach was a short walk away, and the owner was very pleasant to interact with.

Great location. I loved the porch and ample places throughout the house that could be used as reading nooks and study spaces. I wish they had an outdoor shower.

Perfect location for our visit to the Love Yoga Fest at the Sea Crest Resort. Quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfy with all the needed amenities. Owners were prompt with responses to questions and check-in was easy. Will definitely return.

Hi, we booked this last minute, think it was 4 days before arrival! House was great, owner was wonderful letting us check in early in the AM As property was ready. Thinks of the little things- salt/pepper, garbage bags, ziplocks etc. our only wish was that it was closer to beach. We’d stay again!

Photos were accurate. No frills, clean, roomy, lots of beds (sleeps 10), all appliances available. We were asked to wash sheets before leaving. Owner very accessible and helpful!

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is even better in person than on the pictures! Plenty of space inside and beds to sleep. Kitchen is not very big, but everything was convenient and we would cook there and then move to either the big table inside or the patio. No AC was a bit tough for some of us when the days were very hot. Though there are some fans in the rooms, consider grabbing a good fan/mist tower with you if you are sensitive to heat. Graig was helpful and responsive and very flexible with checkin-checkout time which allowed us to have plenty of time on the beach (Megansett), which is just a few minutes walk. Excellent beach, one of the best ones we’ve been on the Cape. The water is so warm! Well known Old Silver beach is either 5 min drive or we just took a morning run and got there in 15 min. But it was so crowded, we opted out for the one next to the house. Craig was so thoughtful - there is even a spare gas tank, in case you run out! Definitely a great detail, so guests don’t need to search for a place to fill the gas tank instead of enjoying the vacation! The neighborhood is very nice also, we enjoyed the beautiful views, houses and flowers on our way to the beach. The area was very homey and quiet. Walking distance to the beach & a short ride to downtown Falmouth. Owners were very communicative and nice. We had a great stay!

This is a great option for families. Check in was simple and the owner very responsive. House itself was very clean and in nicer shape than it appears in some of the photos. Thanks for a great vacation!

Appreciated having ceiling fans throughout the house and although small, a well equipped kitchen. We would rent again.

The location is great! The beach is just a short walk away, as is a playground.....and ice cream!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in North Falmouth! Just a five minute walk to Megansett Beach down streets lined with lovely homes and gardens. A great restaurant (Epic Oyster) as well as a convenience store, pizza shop and ice cream shack all within walking distance. The kitchen is a bit small but there are large tables on the screen porch and deck where prep work can be done. The house has multiple seating areas making it easy for everyone to do their own thing, and all of the bedrooms are spacious and bright. Greg was a wonderful host and I would recommend this home for both adults and families with young children.
