Incredible condo steps away from everything! All the luxuries you need for a fantastic get away! 3 bed/2 bath on second floor. Handicap friendly. Great views of the marina and lake. Walk to the beach, grocery, numerous restaurants and bars. Indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, sun deck, elevators, washer/dryer, 65' HDTV in family room to enjoy your favorite apps, internet and indoor parking, Stray Dog and Amtrak within a 2 minute walk. We stayed at the property for my mother's 80th birthday celebration. The house was perfect! The pool provided an alternative to going to the beach every day. The house is in walking distance to downtown and the private beach. It was so clean and provided all the kitchen items we needed. A wonderful place to stay!

This condo exceeded our expectations. Beautiful condo. Clean, So spacious and so close to everything. We have 3 kids and they all had so much space for themselves. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet you would have thought we were the only ones in the building. The indoor and outdoor were exceptional. It was a mere minutes before we were either at the beach one way or delicious restaurants another direction. We were planning our next vacation there on our way home. My family of five were all sad to leave.

The property is perfectly located in NB and everything is within walking distance. The property is very secure, immaculate from the hallway to the elevator and inside the unit.
The condo itself has everything you need, is well equipped and the decor is high end and in pristine condition. Beds were very comfy, rooms and hallways were very large and bathrooms were very clean.

The condo was beautiful. Laura was very helpful and responded anytime I messaged her. So sweet.

Our extended family stayed for a long weekend. The location was great as it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops in the area. The condo was well equipped, had a good view of the marina, and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo with everything you need. Outdoor furniture on balcony needs to be replaced. Half of the back of love seat was totally broken.
Clearer instructions on keypads should be provided. Number keypad that is visible does not work. Have to use video touch screen for keypad but unless a neighbor wouldn’t have showed us we wouldn’t have figured it out.

Just a short 1/2 mile walk to th3 beach and to all of downtown. We had a couple items that previous tennets csused by owners communicatied well to solve the issues

Great location for us to get to beach and many restaurants. Plenty of room for kids and grandparents to spread out and relax. Appreciated the beach gear including sand toys, umbrella and beach chairs already there. Did have some starter pods for laundry, which we used doing swim suits and beach towels from home between all the time we spent at beach and complex pool.

Great spot for family
We really loved the condo! It was in the perfect location, five minute walk from beach. Plenty of restaurants close by and the pool was perfect for our family. If we returned to New Buffalo, we would stay here! The host was super responsive and answered all of the questions we had during the stay.
Only complaint was that we had to wash the sheets in the master because they smelled so strongly of somebody else's cologne!

Excellent location and very spacious. I liked that they had some board games available too. There was not shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. It was walking distance to the grocery store, nearby restaurants, and the beach. The condo was clean and cute.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this BEAUTIFUL condo!! The home was equipped with plenty of kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies as well as plenty of games for our kids!! We felt like every detail had been thought through to make sure our stay was the most relaxing AND memorable!!!! It is steps away from the beach and quaint little downtown. Beautifully appointed condo in downtown New Buffalo. Great halfway meeting place between Chicago and Lansing. Walking distance to many things including Lake Michigan! Overlooks Marina with view of the lake. Owner was professional and friendly to work with. A+++

I have stayed at this building location several times. This unit is fantastic for large families or a group of friends. There is plenty of room and in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the lake. It is well maintained and has all the comforts of home. Great views.
