Brilliant! Highly Recommend

exceptional hotel probably the best that I've ever stayed at! cleanliness is impeccable, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great about 15 min walk from the main hustle which keeps it quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Good stay in nice location

Great location, on the main road with a wide choice of shops, close to the market and only 20 minute walk to Dotonbori. Rooms were good and shower had great pressure. The view was also nice

Strange layout of room with the basin being in the middle of the room. The elevator layout is frustrating, it wasn’t at first but having to go all the way up to the 16th floor, walk to the other side of the hotel and then go down to your floor can get a bit much

Outstanding and rewarding accomodation.

Every detail in this hotel was impeccable. The staff was dedicated and efficient. the room was spacious with a clever layout. Bathroom supplies were of first-rate quality. Delicious breakfast. Near train station and convenience stores.

Perfect hotel for visiting Osaka for a few days or more.

I've stayed at this hotel 4 times now as I like to travel to Osaka because i'm living in Tokyo. The price is amazing for the quality. Same price as a business hotel but 10x more comfortable. Service is always lovely and kind, very clean, amenities are very good, and I always love their baths. This is my favorite hotel in Japan and I recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely everything. Best hotel stay in Japan. Big room, lovely decor, very comfortable bed, great amenities and view from every window. Neighborhood was more of a business district but close to transit and some more popular areas on foot. Overall I was VERY happy with this hotel and will score it a 10/10. The bartender makes great drinks, too.

My ONLY complaint is the geometric light hanging over the side of the bed. It has bad placement and I hit my head on it almost every time I got out of the bed.

20 minute walk to dontonburi street!

The rooms are compact but they have everything you need. They boost a good sized bed and a bath shower combo that is separate from the toilet which is nice. This room has everything you need and is a 20 minute walk from the main part of dontonburi street. For the price and accommodation you can beat this location.

The rooms are a little small and I wish there had been a little luggage space. You really can only stay here for a few days.

Really comfy bed, block out blinds. I asked for a room away from the elevators and the hotel complied happily. Had a great nights sleep. There is a Starbucks next door that is open early morning so you can easily get your caffeine fix.

Not much. It’s a little out of the hustle and bustle of dotonbori/downtown but close to the shopping strip and next to a train station.

Amazing location for walking and catching the train for meals and sightseeing in Osaka!

Modern and clean room - Central location! Across the road from Shinsaibashi shopping street and down the road from Dotonbori. - Helpful staff that all understand English - Helped us store our luggage after checkout - Enjoyed the breakfast buffet (Western & Asian)

- Purchased the breakfast buffet and would have liked to see more options for the price however it was still tasty!
