Prima en schoon

Schoon, 2 badkamers is erg handig als je met 6 pers bent! Mooi balkon…parkeergarage onder het appartement ideaal

Dat er maar 1 slaapkamer was! De slaapbank in de woonkamer vonden wij niet echt gezellig. Je slaapt dan ook erg onrustig want kom je uit de slaapkamer dan sta je gelijk in de woonkamer bij je kinderen terwijl zij nog niet uitgeslapen zijn…

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, die jedoch mit den oben genannten Problemen behaftet war

Die Lage war super. Der Spar-Markt war direkt um die Ecke. ebenso die Bus- und Bahnstation. Mit der Bahn und dem Bus konnte man Zell am See und alles andere zügig erreichen. Wenn man zwei kurze Stationen mit der Bahn fuhr (3 Minuten), war man auch direkt an einem DM und einem Hofer (Aldi).

Leider wurde in dem Angebot nicht erwähnt, dass die Schlüsselkarten in einem ca. 4-5 km entfernten Hotel abgeholt werden müssen. Da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind, wäre das nur mit einem Taxi möglich gewesen, was viel Geld gekostet hätte. Hätte diese in der Anzeige gestanden, hätten wir aus dem vorgenannten Grund die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Nach langem hin und her willigte der Vermieter dann doch ein, die Schlüsselkarten im Schlüsselkästchen neben der Haustür der Unterkunft zu hinterlegen. Ansonsten hätten wir wieder storniert. Warum das für den Vermieter so ein großes Problem darstellte, ist uns bis heute unklar. Das Leute mit der Bahn anreisen und nicht mit dem Auto ist dem Vermieter leider noch nicht bewusst. Als wir in die Unterkunft kamen, fiel uns auf, dass die Bettwäsche (Laken, Bezug und Kopfkissen) von allen Betten voll mit schwarzen Haaren war. Ehrlich gesagt eine Schweinerei. Bei solch einer teuren Unterkunft darf man saubere Bettwäsche erwarten. Wir hätten uns da nicht reingelegt. Nach einer Beschwerde, kam abends eine Servicekraft und hat die Bettwäsche ausgetauscht. Dann war alles in Ordnung.

The check in has to be done at the hotel which is 40 min away by bus. The listing on booking.com does not make this very clear. We arrived at the suites with children and luggage and there was no one. When we called the contact person we were told we had to go there. We realised that this was not possible without a car. The hotel chef NICOLE is an exceptional person. Understanding out situation she brought the keys and took me to the hotel to complete formalities. She even dropped me back.. Samuel at the reception was also very helpful.

The check in site is at the hotel which is far from the actual apartments. I's not practical for people without a car to check in at a distant location then again travel with luggage etc to the rooms. There was no washing machine though it was listed by booking.com. The sommercard can be used only from 4 pm on arrival day till 9 am on checkout day which makes is usable for only half the actual stay. I was asked for 500 euro deposit which was not mentioned on booking.com when i told them I was unprepared they agreed to not take it but I think booking.com needs to improve the clarity on their listings: check in process/ deposit/ amenities like washing machine

Nice summer appartment in Zell am See

Villagepark Suites by VAYA is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Zell am See. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with fresh towels provided every day. The property is also located in a great location, close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. One of the best things about this appartment is the Sommercard, which is included in the price of your stay. This card gives you discounts on public transportation, lifts, and other attractions in the area. We were able to use the card to save money on our transportation costs and to visit some of the local attractions that we would not have been able to afford otherwise. The apartments also have a well-equipped kitchen, which is great for families or groups who want to cook their own meals. The kitchen has everything you need, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There is also a dishwasher, which is very helpful. Another great thing about this apartment s that it has two bathrooms. This is very convenient for families with young children. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with towels, soap, and other toiletries. The view from the apartment is also amazing. You can see the mountains and the lake, which is a great way to start your day.

The reception is located in another part of the city, which can be inconvenient if you have any questions or need assistance (e.g. pick-up keys). The reception staff also seemed to be under-trained and incompetent. We had to wait for a long time to get help, and the staff was not very knowledgeable about the area or the property. However, the manager was very helpful and resolved all of our issues. Parking is an additional cost, which can be a nuisance for some guests. The train line is also close by, which can be noisy during the day. However, the train does not run during the night, so this is not an issue for those who are looking for a quiet stay.

Spacious appartment, really felt luxury. Also with the Sommercard it was a great deal. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Located at the best spot. With the summer card they offer, you can save a lot of money. The lady at the reception is so welcoming with a lovely smile and she helped our family a lot. Overall, wonderful place to stay!
