Not worth it
Our Tosoani (butler) was pleasant but we had 4 different ones for a 4 night stay. They did a nice job recognizing my daughter for her birthday. Our Tosoani surprised us with balloons and a piece of cake in our room. Staff was friendly and was trying, but didn't always deliver the best service. Room interiors are modern and current, showers were nice and beds were comfortable. Our views were blocked by the stone wall architecture of the adjacent units, but I imagine if you have a room that is not set back, you might have better views than we did.
We really felt like they were price gauging at this resort and we have stayed at the best hotels in the world, but this one stuck out with the outrageous prices for food and drinks, etc. Small breakfast for 3 people $350. One hour massages for 3 people $1050, glass of champagne $70, just to name a few examples. The transportation company they partner with has equally excessive prices. It was pool conversation with other guests about the ridiculous prices on everything. Several guests had luck using Uber, we didn't try it, but might next time we come to the area. The staff at this hotel needs to be better trained, our pre-arrival concierge was slow to respond to messages, which we found frustrating when we wanted to be reassured that transportation and other reservations were booked. It caused undue stress prior to our arrival. The layout of the hotel is just weird. Our room was located near construction, so if you stay here ask to be in a room away from this. The beeping of trucks backing up starts early in the morning. If you want a spot at the pool, set your alarm and get up early. We went down at 8:00 am most days (since we were awake anyway from construction noise) and never got lucky enough to score one of the few chairs facing the ocean. We observed guests name calling and nearly getting in a fight over prime ocean view/pool chairs. We have no problem paying high prices for a great experience. We do mind paying high prices and feeling like we are getting screwed over. That is how we felt leaving Zadun, we won't be returning. There are limited restaurant choices here, so you really need to go off property to get dinner, etc. At least Acre and Flora Farms are close by. Upon inspection of our bill at check out there were transportation charges that I found were erroneous. I was told at the time it would be fixed.

our stay was a dream come true. we were celebrating my 40th birthday and Eduardo and all of the staff were extremely hel
the rooms and grounds were beyond our expectations. so much space, the views were unmatched.
not as much privacy as we expected for such an intimate room. from the terrace there were workers outside of our room working every morning, and we could see other guests pass directly in front of our room as we were sunbathing.

Exquisite property with a loving staff
It truly was next level luxury. I wish they had more variety in restaurants but it was just absolutely lovely!
Nothing… loved it all

One of the top hotels in Mexico!!
This is one of the top locations for beach holidays in Mexico!!... and I would say in the whole pacific coast. The rooms have amazing views and beautiful decorations. The bathroom is stunning. I also love the staff, very helpful and professional. Food is very good, we specially love the steak house. We always mange to do some tour/excursion (horse riding, snorkel, whale watching...) the hotel helps us to organize.
I dont like that I cannot stay there for a month!!
