Great for business bookings
Booked for 2 of my company's employees while on business in Nottingham. They said the house was perfect- good location, good facilities and good value for money.

Superb
Situated on a quiet road. Very close to bus that took you to the city centre. Nice to have a garden to sit out in. Loved the smart t.v.
Would have liked a hairdryer. Also a broom to sweep floors.A coffee table in living room.

Great location just outside of Nottingham City centre. Train station a few minutes walk away with direct links to Nottingham. Good range of shops close by.

Not great for families
Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Very responsive. We were staying for a weekend to explore Nottingham as a potential place to move to. The host had great knowledge of Nottingham. Added an extra night directly with the host, although we didn't end up staying. Bus stop 2 min walk and has a bus every 10mins taking you to the motorpoint arena and into town. Also, close by within walking distance from the house is a co op. Plenty of takeaways to order from via the apps. There is on street parking but it's a 1st come 1st served although the space outside the house does seem to get left alone so did always manage to park outside. Great heating system, didn't get cold and the TV had Netflix and prime available to watch. Other retail parks close by, just a short drive away. Good for a base, but I think it's more suitable for adults, not a family.
The road is a dead-end road with parked cars on either side, so turning around can be a problem. If you didn't have a parking space to use, then most cars had to reverse back out. On first appearances the house seemed nice but its very tired in certain areas; there is mould in places, paint peeling off, broken furniture and home accessories throughout, fixings coming away from the walls and the cleanliness wasn't great. There was other people's food in the freezer and cupboards. The main double bed was collapsed in places so we did contact the host who came and put boards down the next day on the base. It was slightly better but far from a great sleep as the mattress was very "tired" too. From what I was told a new bed was arriving the following Friday, so hopefully those guests enjoyed a better sleep! The single bed in the main room had a slat missing and the slats easily popped out, thankfully it was just my 3yr old sleeping on that one. In the 2 single bedroom which my 12yr old stayed in, he said the single bed closest to the door he couldn't sleep on as it was broken, so he moved to the other. Not all lights had working bulbs in the house. The shower had low water pressure and unless you bolted the bathroom door, you couldn't shut it. There were towels, but only hand soap, antibacterial gel and shampoo to use. We were left 3 toilet rolls but one had clearly been dropped in water and left out to dry. We also had a visitor whilst we were there looking for a previous guest. As mentioned above we did plan to stay another night (Mon night) just so we could view some more properties on tuesday and this was the cheapest place around and less hassle to pack up and move, however as we didn't get any viewings we left mon night and headed home to our comfy beds! The sky box didn't work. A frying pan would be a good extra and some more forks as there were only 3. The garden was quite tired looking and had rubbish in it.

Great property, would definitely recommend to others and would stay again
Clean, plenty of room for our group of four, kitchen had everything we needed, good location for local shops and only 15 minute taxi ride into Nottingham City Centre, was able to park outside the house and it felt like a safe street.
Only issue was it was a bit cold

Disappointing
The description of where to find the lock box was precise and the code worked. The kitchen was to a decent standard. The living room was pleasant. It was nice to have shampoo in the shower.
The dinning room/kitchen has issues with silver fish and other bugs, see pictures. The first night when we arrived, we saw large silver fishes wandering around near the dinning table, so I wiped down the dinning table and chairs in the mornings and avoided using the dinning room and kitchen as much as possible. The next day, I saw wood lice in the kitchen. The skirting has large gaps for the bugs to come and go as they please. We even considered cutting out trip short to avoid staying at the property. The mattresses for the beds were very poor, I'm of average weight when I got into the bed, I’d sank into the mattress. The pillows were poor, some didn’t have covers as well. The bed side pedestals were dusty as well as other places like the mantle of the fire place. The bathroom looked better in the pictures, there were many cracks and holes around the various parts of the bathroom. The water in the shower drained very slowly. Parking was free on the street but very difficult to find a parking spot as there were many cars parked up.
