Not happy with the arrangements & Not value for money at all.

Close proximity to airport (walkable distance)

No Towels, No soap, No water, Rooms not cleaned Cobwebs everywhere. No preperation of room before check in.

Location is good, just near by airport.

Booked a double deluxe room, it was not up to expectation. AC room was full of mosquitoes. And there was a bad smell from the toilet always.

Location was very close to the airport

It's full of mosquitoes, we didn't sleep a wink while we were there. The bathroom wasn't very clean, it's overpriced for the facilities it provides.

The bed was with full of bugs by which we wake up at 12 midnight. We avail the room at 8 pm.

The attitude of staff only I like. He is polite and has helping mentality.

Can do better for customer satisfaction.

Check in and check out time given extra. 2 he's before check in allowed. After check out 2 hrs extra time given for fresh up Without extra charges.

Cleaning is not done properly Air condition is not working effectively. Ac servicing is not done properly. After my repeated request he came and and removed the filter and cleaned. Full of dust. After that little ok.
