About this house rental
This is one of the two beautiful residences on a 3 hectare plot. It is embedded in a landscape full of vegetation overlooking the sea. Its large balconies combined with the backyard and its the garden offer private space for relaxation or sunbathing having as background the beauties of the Argolikos Bay. Unique is the view of the sunrise but also the moon coming up from the coast opposite.
The house is a maisonette with a miraculous helical stairway joining the two levels. It has large, bright rooms with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a spacious living room with a coucht and a futon coucht-bed(can be used as a two-person bed without many demands) , a dining room/table and a kitchen.
The upper floor has a bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the necessary items :shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and toilet paper.
Two rooms, one at the base with a semi-double bed and the other with a double bed at the end of the internal staircase can be used as bedrooms.The upper floor leads to a 60m2 balcony with a view as if you are on a ship deck while the lower floor has a covered 16m2 balcony. The house has a boiler for central heating and constantly running hot water. Furthermore the house has air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV.
Other features worth mentioning include an external veranda 30m2 with a view to the sea and the mountains, a garden with lemon trees, pomegranate trees and fig trees, as well as one stairs leading from one entrance to the house and the other entrance to the parking space.

Amazing view of the bay. Quite comfortable house. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Host was super accommodating and gave awesome recommendations on food and attractions. Would highly recommend!!

Dimitri was the perfect host. His mansionette was very clean and comfortable and the view on the patio overlooking the Argolic Gulf was simply beautiful. Our host also encouraged us to call him direct if we had any questions or needed anything. I highly recommend this VRBO property and commend Dimitri as a quality host.

Owner was very accommodating by meeting us at 3:30am to let us in after flight was delayed. Beautiful sunrise. Great local beaches, bakery and restaurants

We are four adults in our 60’s and 70’s. We loved staying here. The circular staircase to the upper level could be tough on elderly people? But we navigated it fine. We left our luggage down stairs, as it would be difficult to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. The view is amazing. We walked down to the shore and went swimming in the sea most mornings. Dimetris was great! We followed all his recommendations and they were fantastic. He was very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The view is spectacular and the huge deck is outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked and also with basic foods. The beds are very comfortable. I had an outstanding 25 days here with friends and family staying for different weeks. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Location
The property was excellent. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the gulf. The property was well furnished with all appliances and kitchen items needed. The town of Kiveri was very quaint with a grocery stores and restaurants. Naplio was a short drive to walk around the town to see the sites. Dimitrios was very helpful. He met us in Kiveri and we followed him to the property where he showed us around. He was also very prompt with communications. Highly recommend this property.

Très belle semaine en Grèce
La maison était conforme à nos attentes. Elle était relativement bien équipée, bien située avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et entourée de citronniers et de figuiers.
Nous y étions à la fin octobre et nous avons quand même pu nous baigner dans la mer. La maison était agréable avec la possibilité de la chauffer. Le propriétaire était sympathique et arrangeant.
A noter que l'escalier qui permettait l'accès aux deux chambres supérieures n'était pas très sécurisé et très étroit. Avec des bébés ou des personnes à mobilité réduite, cela pourrait s'avérer "dangereux" ou compliqué.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Kiveri. C'est un très beau coin où il fait bon vivre.

We had a very nice stay at Dimitrios‘ place. He and his daughter were extremely kind and accomodating. They provided so many valuable recommendations and were super generous. This is the perfect place to stay with your family.

Wonderful place to chill
We had a great time spending a few days chilling and checking out the attractions in the area. It was a welcome change from the tourist hubbub of Athens and the Greek islands. We got to experience Greece as it for people living here.

Place with a great view, lots of conveniences, and within easy reach of many attractions
This apartment is in a quiet location, has private parking, and is equipped with anything one might wish to have, including dish washer, microwave, and clothes washer. Also, it has a terrace with a great view of the Argolid Gulf and the terrain on the opposite side of the gulf, including Nafplio.. Furthermore, it is within easy driving distance from such attractions as Mycenae, Epidaurus, and Nafplio. I do not know anything about proximity to beaches because we did not go there
Kivari, with its shops and restaurants, is within easy driving or even walking distance.
The pl;ace has a somewhat retro feel to it because it was built 30 years ago as the residence of the owner, but this does not detract from its usefulness or attractions.
We enjoyed meeting the owner and found him to be a congenial person that was easy to communicate and get along with.

Wir, 4 Freunde haben unseren 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit absolut Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. In der Wohnung findet sich alles sehr gut organisiert. Die schmale Einfahrt liegt direkt am Abhang und ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die steile Wendeltreppe, die in die obere Etage führt, ist sehr eng und für kleine Kinder, ältere oder gebrechliche Menschen definitiv nicht nutzbar. Aber der wunderschöne Ausblick von den Terrassen, direkt aufs Meer entschädigt für Alles. Der Standort ist ideal, um die absolut sehenswerte Umgebung zu entdecken - BRAVO!!!

Very pleasant stay, great view of the bay, great location for all attractions, friendly host
We arrived a party of 8 and our host was very flexible with the time of our arrival. The house was very well equipped but also a cake and cold bottles of water were there for us. The view of the bay was stunning. The house is well located near all the major attractions around the area. Clean, tidy with enough entertainment for the kids but also roomy for a party of 8.
I would definitely recommend not only to visit the area but to stay at this house.

Nice home in a quiet location and an amazing host.
We felt so welcome in this comfortable and well stocked home on the sea. The decks are large with beautiful views of the sea, and the house had top notch bedding, towels, snacks, fruit, and plenty of bottled water. Dimitrios communicated clearly and in a very timely manner, and he was so kind and caring. The nearby town of Kivera has a nice beach and cafes, and Nafplio is a short drive away. Nice quiet location. Loved it!
