This luxurious 3 bed, 2 bath executive pool home in a small gated community in Lely Resort, Naples.
We welcome adults and children over 10 years of age. The house is limited to a total of 6 guests at one time.
The pool is heated from 9-5pm, up to 86 degrees, included in your stay. The air conditioning is run on a set schedule to cool to 72-74 at night and increase to 76-78 during the day, which allows the air conditioning units to 'rest' at peak periods of the day. This rest period is mandatory.
Access to the ever popular Players Club is included for 2 adults, 4 kids for up to 14 days! This is a point of difference not to be missed! Please note that golf access/tee times are not included with Players Club access. ***PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE GUESTS REGISTERED AND STAYING AT THE HOME, THERE ARE NO DAY GUEST PASSES for guests of renters.

Double car garage allows for the parking of one car. Cars must be stored in the garage per the HOA rules of the community at all times.
Please note this house is not suitable for small children. All guests must be at least 10 yrs old and proficient swimmers. This home is equipped with safety alarms on all pool access doors, as well as locking tabs. Pool safety is your responsibility and we ask that you use these measures.
The Players Club & Spa is a phenomenal resort experience - all only a few minutes away. The club includes 3 resort styled pools with gorgeous water features, kiddie pool and sand beach, 12 lighted tennis courts, state of the art fitness centre, bocce courts, a world class day spa, dining room, bar and outdoor tiki bar, basketball court and much more!
Complimentary Guest Access Includes 2 adults and up to 4 children under 18 for up to 14 days. Additional guests/ days are subject to a Club fee of $18 per person/per day, plus taxes.

We enjoyed our stay in Naples. The house was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. The Player’s Club was a great plus. We enjoyed the pools, workout facilities and tennis courts. The bikes at the house were a bonus, and we used the coolers and beach chairs for the beach. The proximity to Naples and Marco Beaches were good. The host was fantastic, and extremely responsive to any questions. We look forward to renting here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our newborn during his last week of paternity leave. We had a wonderful time. Catherine was incredibly responsive and so easy to work with. The house was very clean with linens galore. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for lounging and grilling up some hotdogs. . The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and your basic spices and what not. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe with great sidewalks, and very close of Publix and other restaurants and eateries for quick runs out for food. We’re already dying to go back!

We had 2.5 great weeks here. The property has everything needed to live in a high degree of comfort - fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, washer/dryer. Access to the Players Club with big swimming pools, gym, steam room, bar, restaurant is an added bonus.
Catherine was great - flexible and responsive when called upon. A very minor issue with the pool was rectified within an hour of notifying her !
Highly recommended. We hope to return.

Our trip to Masters Reserve was so fun and relaxing as a result of this property and the hospitality of owner Catherine McDougall. The home is beautiful, clean, and newly furnished inside. Gorgeous space with open kitchen/living room floor plan. Large and beautiful master bedroom and bath. Pool and hot tub are featured in backyard area inside screened in lanai. New pool dining furniture was going in this week. Catherine is a wonderful contact who was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. She included a number of great recreational accessories in the garage such as fishing rods, water floatation devices, kids buckets and shovels, coolers, etc. She addressed questions quickly and the entry process was easy and painless. She provides access to the local Players Club pools, workout center, bocce, tennis, tiki hut amenities just a short drive down the street. She provides two free passes which is great. I would strongly recommend planning exactly how many people are going to access the club and on what days because extra passes cost extra. The cost of The Players Club is NOT included in the house cost for the week, so keep that in mind. Property owners make this available in different ways, and this property does not include in the house rental cost. All in all, an extremely wonderful property and great value at a reasonable cost. We had an amazing experience at this home and would strongly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying in Catherine’s house. It was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Catherine was excellent at dealing with queries and access to the Player’s Reserve is a real bonus. A star find!

Lovely property, very well equipped in a gorgeous location.
Had everything we needed for a lovely holiday, my family had a fantastic time here. Lots of lovely beaches nearby and Players Club is also lovely. Communication with Catherine (owner) was brilliant and she was always available. Would love to return in the future.

Top Notch
Just came home from a weeks stay at this beautiful home in a fabulous location! From the moment we drove through the gates we felt pampered. The home was pristine and no stone was left unturned. We appreciated the quality of the décor, appliances, and equipped kitchen and grill as we love to cook. The comfort of the beds, couches, blankets and pillows also did not go unnoticed. Top notch. We even took advantage of bikes rides after dinner, as there were 5 bikes provided. The Players Club and Spa on the premise was also a favorite. The host, Catherine, is committed to making sure you have everything you need for a special getaway and is happy to answer any questions you may have, as well as offer suggestions to great restaurants, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will certainly be back. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone considering. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a 10!!

Anniversary Getaway
We rented this property for our wedding anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. Catherine was so helpful walking us through things to know via text upon check-in. The neighborhood is so nice and the house itself had everything we were hoping for and then some. We had a private chef at Catherine's recommendation come to the house one evening to cook so we even got to use the formal dining room. What a treat. Catherine is an amazing host and we would certainly recommend this property to anyone interested in the best of Naples !!!

Perfect homeAlocation
From the time of booking our stay ten months ago, through to arriving and completing a fantastic two week stay a few days ago, Catherine was the perfect host. Her home was exactly as described and exceeded both our expectations and needs. It was really clean and tidy and had absolutely everything needed and more to make our stay easy. This was our sixth stay in a Lely home and none have been better than Catherine’s home. I would highly recommend.

As Advertised!
From check-in to check-out, our experience could not have been better. The house is as advertised. Cathy is very detailed oriented, as am I, and her instructions/suggestions, whether it be about the house itself, or which beaches and/or restaurants to go to, were spot on. We had a question about the A/C, which works great, by the way, and she returned our text right away.
The Player's Club really added an extra dimension, as we were able to use the three pools, tennis courts, and gym. There's a Tiki Bar in the pool area where you can get good eats and drinks as well. The bottom line is that the house looks as great in person as it does on the website. We would definitely rent from Cathy again and would recommend others to do the same.

Spectacular
We stayed here for one week as part of our first post-COVID vacation. The house is perfection; hostess Catherine is accessible, responsive, and thoughtful; the pool is relaxing and private; and the Player’s Club is phenomenal. Amazing stay!
My family of five had a great stay here. The home was beautiful, clean, and roomy. My husband and I brought my dad and two teenage nephews and everyone had a great time. The house is central to all the main attractions, the pier, Marco island, Vanderbilt beach, and the main shopping is all 15/20 mins away. The house is located in a private community so it is safe, my nephews were able to ride their bikes and I knew they were safe. Her pool was clean, warm and had a jacuzzi. The owners were great too. Super friendly and accommodating. They were able to answer all our questions quickly and made us feel comfortable in their homes. The resort had a pool the was kid friendly and relaxing for adults with great food too.

An exquisite house in a tranquil neighborhood
My husband and I had never been to Naples and after reading many reviews and searching for the perfect place we decided on this property.
The house is fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The interior is luxurious yet warm and inviting. We enjoyed the lanai and spa which is surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
The location is perfect. We were a short distance from Naples beach and Marco Island which were both spectacular.
We took full advantage of the membership to the players club which included a gym, several pools, tiki bar, tennis courts and much more.
Thank you Catherine for the warm welcome and for making sure there were no hiccups during our arrival.

Luxurious and comfortable home
The Master's Reserve home in Lely was perfect! The home was completely appointed with absolutely everything you need and more! The décor was top of the line from high-tread count sheets, fluffy white bath towels to a Ninja blender! The home had a fresh beachy feel and a lot of privacy. We spent a lot of time relaxing outside utilizing the spa, pool and lanai. Everyday in Naples is a beautiful day and it is so wonderful to feel like you are outside with the large windows facing the pool and golf course. Catherine was the perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed for my 15 month old including a crib and new high-chair. Not to mention, she was extremely accommodating when we had to adjust our travel days. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of Rose and a welcome card from Catherine (thoughtful touch). The amenities at Lely are the best in Naples (we had a vacation home here for 15 years and have experienced many gated communities)- the pools are decadent and the gym and spa cannot be beat. Not all homes in Lely have access to "The Players Club"- I would not stay in Lely without access to these resort like features- it really feels like an all-inclusive vacation. We ordered seafood and beverages while soaking up the sun by the waterfall pools. This home is also very close to downtown 5th Ave, shopping, great restaurants, and the beach! The Master's Reserve home also came with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, fishing poles, coolers, etc... If you spend a day at the beach- having all the necessary beach equipment makes a huge difference! We were able to sit back, relax and take in the breath-taking environment in every setting. I highly recommend staying at one of Catherine's Lely properties! She is absolutely fabulous to work with (the most accommodating, responsive and friendly owner I have met) as well as her homes have everything for you to just show-up and enjoy your vacation! We will definitely be back to enjoy the Master's Reserve home!

She even dropped off an additional brand new cruiser bike for our use during our stay.
