An architectually designed, absolute beachfront two storied holiday home, with superb views of Omaha Beach.
This beautifully furnished and well appointed property has many features including fantastic indoor outdoor living on two levels, designer kitchen and open plan living , ensuite with master bedroom, outdoor shower and outdoor fireplace, teenager area and lawn.
Spa Pool avaialble if desired.

Bed 2 Queen Size bed with family bathroom adjacent. (upstairs)
Bed 3 Queen Size bed. (Downstairs)
Bed 4 1 x King Single Bunks and single roll away bed.
3 Bathrooms , + one outdoor shower, 3 W/C, Gas Hob, Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Bose Stereo, Fridge/Freezer/Icemaker, Auto Washing Maching, Tumble Dryer, Radio, Open Fireplace, Outdoor Fireplace, Electric Heating, Pillows/Blankets/Duvets,. 2 Gas BBQ, 2 sets of Outdoor Furniture, Off-Street Parking, Non-Smoking. Children welcomed.
Excellent family getaway with loads of different spaces and amazing Omaha beachfront and harbour entrance views. Suits two familes brilliantly or a great luxury getaway for a couple or couples.

Pets OK but must stay outside please.
Linen (towels and sheets ) included. Please bring your own beach towels.

The house, 1 hour 15 from Auckland, was very spacious, well maintained and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery, linen, cooking utensils etc. It was easy to find and to gain entry. An ideal house for a large family or 2 couples and kids. The view of the beach was lovely and only a quick walk down a boardwalk to the sand. The garden is mostly fenced. Fireplaces were set and ready. The spa was clean and hot when we arrived. We were asked to help ourselves to the veg garden. There was parking for several vehicles. The house is in a quiet location, 5 mins drive to the local superette, 10 mins to Matakana village. The WIFI was great even with 4 of us on at once. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond. The house was clean although some dusting of high spots would be good. We couldn't find scissors or extra paper towels and we weren't sure where to put the recycles or compost. All very minor. A lovely relaxing stay. Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous property. Extremely well-equiped, comfortable and with outstanding views and position. Maree was brilliant to deal with- prompt communication, very kind and accommodating. Would thoroughly recommend to any wanting a truly luxury experience.

Lovely house in an ideal location at Omaha. Ideal for a couple of families to get away as we did with all you need to have enough space to relax and not feel like you are crowded in. Even with a weekend of bad weather it was well worth it and a great trip away.

This is an amazing property, with breathtaking views. The location was perfect for our stay with the beach on your doorstep and the boat launch a 1 min drive. This property has everything you need and more.

We loved every minute. On the beach, which is absolutely stunning. The most amazing views. Well designed house with lots of space in the garden. Great games. Maree was quick to communicate and very helpful. Hope to be back one day

Bella Omaha is the ideal holiday home for families looking for a relaxing getaway and enjoy waking up every morning to the beautiful Omaha beach. It is spacious and well appointed with everything a family would need during their stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family holiday.

The setting is amazing and its a huge home with lots of beds and covered areas to get out of the sun. Its a much loved family beach house and as you arrive its instantly relaxing and very beachie! The views are stunning and we had pheasant running round in the dunes in front of us! Its not 5 Star glam but it was 5 Star Beach Extravaganza!
