Very nice well mainatined property. Nice size condo we had 6 adults and had enough room. They were doing work on the balcony that looked towards ocen so we were unable to use it. The workers tripped a breaker leaving the master suit without power but we ed the company and someone fixed it within 3 hours. The company also had to enter the cpndo once to change and outdoor lightbulb to remain compliant with regulations. They take their artifical light on the beach and its effect on the turtles very seriously. Overall the condo was great. I heard good reviews on the beds with the exception of the two beds in one of the rooms being firmer. Kitchen was decently stocked though there were no kitchen hand towels. Also could use a good spatula. We did cook a few meals. Complex is very nice. We have stayed in the area before. We recommend seafood kitchen. Kookaburra coffee. Redfrog and mctoad was good. O'connollys for lunch. And make the 15 minute drive south for washington oaks park.do the gardens then go across the street to the beach access. No swimming there due to rocks. But all kinds of shells!!!!

overall, the condo was great. the only downside we had was that a transformer blew on Monday night, around 10:30 pm, causing partial electricity in the unit. then the power company came out and all electricity was shut off until 2 pm Tuesday and the elevators were off until weds at noon. this caused a inconvenience for all, (hot)

This condo was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 teens/kids). Views were lovely from both balconies of both the ocean and the intercoastal. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool. Check in and out was very easy. Would recommend!

We had the greatest time! Three sisters on vacation. My parents had rented in the area for 25 years +. So it was very comfortable and familiar. The location is great, the condo was gorgeous. We loved the east and west balconies!! It was such a great trip! We would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Kate Meany

Needs new mattresses. Big divot in master mattress.
Outer Bed spreads dirty. Reused from previous rental. Should have a newly laundered spreads every rental not just an under sheet. No return call on question we had about last day where to place used towels.

Really great property. Great view of the ocean from the bedroom and morning coffee on the balcony. We went the 3rd week of April. The beach was clean and empty.

Room for all
We love the Windjammer and have stayed there 20+ times over the years many but this is the first time in a 3-bedroom unit. The space was great for four adults and two toddlers. The unit was very comfortable and in a convenient location. Nice extras include a TV in every bedroom and power strips on both sides of the beds, making it easy to plug in all our technology. The kitchen was well equipped, with upscale appliances and lots of cookware. There were a few minor problems. The knives were not great and there was no can opener. I'm 5 foot 2 and I could see only the top of my head in the master bathroom mirror. There were 3 other mirrors in the suite but they were not as convenient. The locks on the sliding glass doors to the deck were corroded making them very hard to open. There were a few cleaning issues--what looked like a cat hairball in one closet and hairs stuck on the makeup mirror in the bathroom. But overall, 206 was a great place to stay and I recommend it.

Great condo but could use a little updating
We stayed here (family of 4 with 2 teens) and really love the condo. The 3 bedrooms are great, view and location is amazing. My only criticism is that they just need to do some updating. The mattress in all 3 rooms were very uncomfortable and kitchen could have used more accessories. For example there was no working can opener and a lot of other staples were missing.

Staycation
When we arrived the owners were there trying to fix a dryer that had been affected by a storm that happened 2 weeks earlier.
They were very pleasant and tried very hard to accommodate us with a new dryer but it never really worked out one thing or another happened with delivery.
The property itself is beautiful but the cleaning was less than good. We looked for a lost toy under furniture and discovered items that should have been found upon
Cleaning under chairs and recliners. Old popcorn and food pacifier glasses. I did make owner aware Over all stay was fantastic and many memories were made

Paradise
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, and plenty of room. The appliances were very nice, and the furniture was too. Sometimes when you rent a condo you get the cheapest furnishings, but not in this case.

Great property
We had a great time and loved the property
Having 3 bedrooms allowed us to have family and friends stay with us. I would rent this property again in the future!

Uptight lying miserable people that live in this place , not family friendly, they messed up our bookings and put our Family at opposite ends of the complex instead of right next to each other and then complained about my children walking back and forth, never mind blaming us for things we did not do, if I had the time I would Pursue a full Reimbursement the reason I’m just posting now and I want to give myself many months to come down after these people totally ruined my family is only vacation and yet many months later I feel the same way they’re terrible dishonest non-trusting peopleEd

Neglectful Absentee Owner and Inadequate Maintenance Support
Problems with the slider screens. Problems with water pressure that was practically non-existent in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was no attempt made to investigate or solve the problem. The electrical in the unit is a mystery. We had to buy no fewer than four plug strips. Fan in one of the guest bedrooms is so loose and wobbly that I would not sleep under it, nor ask a guest to do so.
The window of one of the guest bedrooms looks directly out on the elevator. Several of the screens are ripped. Then The kitchen sink began to leak, creating significant pools of water across the kitchen floor. We reported the problem immediately and were told to turn off the water. This we were willing to do, despite the fact that we had guests and it was clearly inconvenient to have a kitchen without running water. This was complicated by the fact that the supply of dishes in the unit was totally inadequate. We were told that a plumber would arrive to fix the leak that evening. Of course, that never happened. We were required to hang around the unit using up our dwindling supply of patience and wasting our guests' limited vacation time waiting for a simple repair to be made. Owner would not approve the plumber's estimate to fix. Wanted to go on the cheap, which is what finally happened.
The bottom line is that it took three days and ten people (four in the maintenance office and six different plumbers) to correct a faucet leak that could have done significant damage to our unit and the one below had we not sat there emptying buckets of water from under the sink. And that doesn't include the uncooperative owner who would rather neglect a problem than fix it. In retrospect, this does not surprise us, given the condition of some of the other things in the unit -- furniture, appliances, kitchen appointments, linens, screens, etc.
We have been renting vacation condos for over twenty years and have never before encountered such an unbelievable combination of incompetence, lack of consideration, and negligence on the part of an owner or a management company. It's not that the maintenance people were rude. It's just that they did not respond appropriately and did not make happen what they promised would happen. Moreover, a stated policy of not fixing anything without the express approval of an absentee owner is impractical at best, and dangerous at worst.
especailly with an owner who was AWOL. Definitely avoid this one.

Wonderful location with views of both, the beach and the intercostal waterway!
The condo was great for us.
My teenage boys did say though that the mattresses in the third bedroom weren't much, they kept sleeping on the sectional.
Communication with VRP was awful though!
Bebating on switching who we deal with from now on, and my son is in college there, so we will be there often
