Wonderful property and great owner. Richard was great at pre-arrival communication and letting us know what to expect, what we needed and how to have an enjoyable time. We arrived and were very happy with our reservation. The house is bigger than what is appreciated in the pictures with lots of room for our party of 11. Wonderful open kitchen with all that we needed and it was wonderful to look out the porthole window watching the dolphins in the bay while cooking dinner. Spent several nice evenings watching sunsets on one of the many swings while enjoying the evening breeze. Caught nearly 5 dozen crabs off the bulkhead in about 5 hours. It was really nice to have an ice machine for keeping drinks cold going to the beach or icing down seafood (saved money and time). Family has already decided to go back again next year and we will stay longer. I highly recommend the property and Richard. Would give more stars if possible. Thank you, Richard for sharing your property with us.

The location cannot be beat. The views of the bay and the beautiful sunsets are priceless. The kids especially loved seeing the dolphins and pelicans from the porch. We were a large group and the huge amount of living space and private baths were appreciated. To top it all off the owner was always quick to respond for any question (from right after booking to the end of our stay) and couldn’t have been nicer. We look forward to making this a tradition.

We brought the kids down from Wedtern Nebraska for 4 days of incredible fishing and fun on the beach. Grand Isle does not disappoint. There aren’t a lot of amenities, but we like the simplistically of the Island. The people and place are amazing

The property was great, private bathrooms for each bedroom, very large open area that included Kitchen, living room and dinning room.

The property manager and the house were great! The location was perfect since it was close to marinas as we had our boats with us. We will definitely go back!
