This secluded community rental home is a three story vacation getaway with plenty of room for everyone. It is located in Indian Rocks Beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants or a short drive to many others and only a few minutes to the world famous Clearwater Beach!
You will be amazed by the size and brightness of this Villa. Through the gated courtyard, the location is ideal for sunset and moonlit beach walks, several uninterrupted mile beach runs, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, shelling, and dolphin, sea turtle and manatee spotting. The family friendly beach is also ideal for pitching a cabana for an all day beach time or just lounging.
Our home is furnished and equipped with the highest standards and accommodates up to 12 guests. It features three levels, and 4 bedrooms with 3000 square feet.
On the first level you will find the two car garage, laundry room and the first bedroom suite with 2 Queens beds and private bathroom. This first bedroom also has access to the private pool and a mini fridge for added convenience.
On the second level you will find an open, spacious living area that is tiled and open to the kitchen and dining room with a walk out deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, under-counter wine refrigerator, stove, range, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and much more.
When you open the front door, you'll be amazed by the size & brightness of the living room with its comfortable sofas. Within this home, the oceanside decor is serene with calm, neutral tones with pops of color. There is a variety of seating areas boasting plush sofas.
The second level features a large balcony with partial water view and a large seating area.
On the third level you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and another large balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The Primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom (shower) and a bed with a Trundle. It has access to the balcony with a seating area, area to soak up the sun with a partial Gulf view.
In both large balconies you can admire the magnificent partial view of the Gulf, passing ships and sea life. For your enjoyment, there's also a splash pool and a gas grill. Size of plunge pool: Length is 16ft - width is 6ft and approx 4 1/2 deep.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

We had a great time. Property was very centrally located. Close to Clearwater and Shopping. Pool was great. Kids loved it even though it was small. Great view of the Ocean from the balconies. Beach was steps away and very relaxing to walk and hang out on. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. Only suggestion: Living Room furniture could be updated. We will definitely stay there again!!!

We had a great stay at the Isla Bonita! We loved how close it was to the beach and it being a residential beach location made sure it was never over crowded. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our entire family. We loved the large open kitchen which made it great for meals and everyone sitting down together. The balconies overlooking the ocean are just beautiful! We also loved how close many restaurants were and a small convenient store just across the street. They also had a couple beach chairs and toys which worked great for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

We loved coming back to the plunge pool after the beach to cool off!The deck which looked out to the beach was perfect to have breakfast or lunch on. The kitchen had everything we needed.My only suggestions would be to add an ice machine to fill coolers. The steps can also be a little tricky to navigate on the lower level.Otherwise, absolute perfection.

We live in Tampa and have the family beach week tradition for over 20 years. We have stayed in condos every year all over Indian Rocks and Indian Shores and this was our favorite place so far. Great location, plenty of room for 8 adults, the small pool was perfect to refresh in and very peaceful at night. Just a few things the owner should fix to make it perfect. Plumbing needs to be fixed master shower took 20 min to warm up, toilets didn’t flush well, all faucets including kitchen do not work with much pressure, no way to clean up sand daily a small vacuum cleaner would help, or pot holders, no cookie sheets or pans to use, the couch in living room should be replaced very uncomfortable, it could use furniture upgrades lastly pool are could use a good cleaning and better furniture to fit the space. Overall 4 stars and would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our family of 8 adults. (There were a few beds in primary bedroom that we did not use.)The house is a bit worn from use and that is reflected on the bathroom vanities and the upholstery in the living room and kitchen areas.
The proximity to the beach more than made up for this. There are also a few restaurants and shops in walking distance.
The house also has a second refrigerator that was great for keeping a weeks worth of beverages chilled.

This rental is in an excellent location. Steps to the beach, but the pool is great for chilly days! The pool heater was not working the first few days we were there, and that was a bit frustrating for our toddlers that love to swim. However, once the heater was on, the pool was the perfect size for our family. Master bedroom was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was also very nice, however one of the cabinets had stripped screws and a stool had very large exposed screws that would have hurt if scraped against a leg. It would have been great to have some basic starting supplies as well, like salt and pepper. Also with being so close to the beach, it would have been really nice to have some chairs and basic beach sand toys. We purchased 4 chairs and left them at the house for the next family to be able to enjoy. Overall, we had a great vacation.

This property's pictures are misleading. On our arrival, the master bath shower was not working. This was not fixed during the week and we were not offered any compensation off of our bill. Not having a shower in a house which is advertised to sleep 14 can be a big issue especially when it is the master shower. This house could desperately use a maintenance person for multiple issues.....no lightbulbs in the other two remaining showers; gas igniters on the range that do not work unless you use a lighter; no fan globe in the lower bathroom, plumbing issues in master bath tub; dishwasher upper rack broken; etc. All of the issues could be taken care of in one day if attention is taken but this place looks like its been used hard and not updated and desperately needs it for the price they are charging. One other glaring issue: the cleaners are doing surface cleaning. Mold in 2nd upstairs bathroom in shower and master bath (non working shower and tub) not been cleaned in awhile. We enjoyed our stay and location is the best but no compensation was offered for a large issue nor did they seem to really care. This place is owned by a company and not a private owner and it shows. The person assigned to us was wonderful to deal with, but she had no power to do anything. Will probably not return.

The house was clean and my family loved the open concept of the living space. We tend to hang out near the kitchen in the evening. There is plenty of room for our family to come together. My whole family traveled to FL to celebrate a milestone birthday. Overall we were satisfied with the property. The space/size, amenities & location were good. The downside was we paid for heating our pool all week but it never was. We are getting a refund but our 2 & 4 year old granddaughters were disappointed (they're afraid of going in the ocean). Also, the parking can be a hassle (only allowed in the garage).

Only two suggestions--this last year at Isla Bonita, a couple of the beds--i think were new, the twins---they were very noisy and hard---everytime you moved they creeked. One other suggestion for the pool---if we are going to pay the extra fee it would be nice if we could get the Temp up to around 90 or so. The small pools are nice, but 85 dosent seem warm enough.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Exclusive Isla Bonita. The location was EXCELLENT. The beach felt more private due to the distance from larger condos, and it was so nice how easy it was to walk to and from the beach. There are also a lot of restaurants/grocery options close by. The home was very spacious and had pretty much all we needed. We LOVED all the deck space and splash pool. I will caution anyone who plans to bring small children to this house, though, there are a lot of steep stairs and all are tiled. You will definitely need to bring or rent some sort of baby gates for landings on the main level (at least two gates). That's one thing I wish was provided by the property as it's pretty dangerous. Otherwise, there were only a couple of minor issues that could have been improved for future guests. The large jetted pool in the master bath did not get warm/hot even with only the hot water on for 15+ minutes, so we could not enjoy that feature at all. The rain shower knob was also broken in that bathroom. The upstairs guest shower was also pretty difficult to get turned on (probably just needs some WD-40). The cord to turn on off the light in the master bedroom didn't function, so there was no way to keep only the ceiling fan running in the master room (a problem at night when sleeping). The only other thing that was confusing/a little annoying was the AC limit. The signage on the walls said the limit was 75 which is really quite warm, but the house manual said 72. It was confusing, and I think 72 is definitely more reasonable for comfort than 75 is. I let our manager know of the bathroom/fan issues and didn't get a response, but I did also tell him we weren't needing them resolved for our visit so that could explain lack of response. I just hope they got resolved for the next guests. All in all, I would still highly recommend this place, and our families had a wonderful time!

THE BEST HOUSE!
This property was better than I even imagined! Was fully stocked with anything you would need! Entertaining family was a breeze because of middle floor entertaining area. Sleeping very comfortable! Just wonderful location!!!
