Completely Renovated in 2016 this one bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo is a Beach Lover's paradise. It has all the laid back feel that you can only get from being on the water without sacrificing a bit of the amenities you would want to enjoy. From the king size bed, to the walk in shower, to the full kitchen, nothing has been overlooked. You will leave here rejuvenated and wanting to book your next stay!!

This condo was the best of everything. The beach access and ocean views are amazing. The Condo was clean and had everything you needed for your beach vacation and more. The area is quiet and beautiful, and we will definitely be back.

This is a beautifully decorated space and very close to the beach. It was immaculate and supplied with everything one needs when arriving for vacation. There were plenty of linens for the bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen. There was a lot of space to unpack and feel at home. There was a washer and dryer (thank goodness!) and the kitchen was stocked with dishware, bakeware, etc.
Upon our arrival, Ms. Marty had left a handwritten welcome note, a bottle of wine and a tray with grapes, cheese and crackers...so delicious and thoughtful! This was just one of many small touches to make her guests feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here. If I am able to return, I would love to stay here again.

What a great place to get away. A beautiful view of the water and absolutely breathtaking! The beach was never crowded which what we were looking for. Nice clean condo. Cozy condo with an amazing view. Great for 2 people and good kitchen amenities. Convenient and great location with easy access to the bustling clearwater area. Everything was beyond my expectations!!!

This was our 6th or 7th stay at this great condo. We love the location, on the beach, easy parking, great amenities. It is absolutely perfect for a stay on the beach. Marty makes it extra special with a bottle of wine and some snacks when we arrive!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The location couldn’t be better with direct Gulf front access right outside your door! You can literally walk on the beach for miles (which we did every night). The condo is immaculately clean and served our needs perfectly! It is exactly as described and Marty is a dream to work with. I highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a place to get away from it all. Many restaurants and activities are close by but the location is not a touristy area. We go to the beach to relax and that is definitely the vibe at this beautiful condo. Thanks Marty! Until next time….😎

This is our 4th year to stay at this lovely condo! Marty makes you feel like a welcome family member as she has all the little details to invite you in. The location is perfect. This ground floor unit is steps from the pool and beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a quiet beach atmosphere! We love it and look forward to returning again!!

My husband and I had the most wonderful two weeks! Absolutely loved the location, beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, ate our breakfast on the patio every morning. Marty was quick to answer any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back next year !

This property was quiet, clean and tidy, fully furnished, and steps from the beach. Outstanding location and beautiful views. We walked the beach daily and saw dophins and collected sand dollars. We hope to return next year. Highly recommended, especially for two seasoned seniors!

Weather wasn't the best, but we were cozy in the very nice condo. The owner surprised us with wine and a fruit and cheese platter . . . we wanted for nothing. Would definitely rent again.

The property was beautiful, quiet. We watched pelicans diving into the gulf from the porch as we took our morning coffee. The spot was amazing— so close to all the tourist areas but really an oasis of calm and quiet for us. We hope to come back time after time!

The entire vacation was a dream, from booking to actually getting to enjoy the property! The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and refreshing. The ocean was clear and warm. The beach was empty. On the busiest day there were a total of 8 people included us on the entire beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back❤️

The property here at Bellair Beach was very clean and you can tell that the owners spare no detail in making visitors welcome. There was a nice welcome gift there for us when we arrived and they provided a lot of details about the area and what to do. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and the view from the balcony is priceless. The neighborhood is also very interesting and I enjoyed walking through the area. Take note that the famous "Ryan Howard" mansion is literally 5 houses away. Grocery and food options are so very close. You may also want to spend an afternoon/evening over in the Clearwater area where there are tons of interesting shops and food options.

We’ve stayed in Belleair area for 16 years. This was a new place for us and we could not have been happier (except having had Mother Nature cooperate more : ) but the condo was cute, clean and comfortable and ample for a one bedroom condo. The grounds are immaculate, the view spectacular, the host friendly and accommodating. We hope to come

This property is perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Marty most definitely paid special attention to detail and amenities. From the first day we booked, Marty wanted to make sure we had everything we needed while staying at her condo. Thank you, Marty, for all you did. The wine and app plate was so special, and don’t think we didn’t notice you left a soft drink for hubby, who can’t drink.
Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful location and great neighborhood. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen had all we needed and the rest of the condo was just perfect. The view from the covered patio was amazing! The beach was steps away as was the pool. Marty the owner was a dream to work with and we are ready to book again for next year. I would highly recommend to any couple! It is truly a little slice of heaven!

Best rental on the beach! The view is amazing on this ground floor condo. Just steps to the pool and beach. The owner is so delightful to work with and makes your stay feel as if you are at your own home. Everything you need is at the condo. Just pack your suitcase and flip flops and enjoy this beautiful place! Truly feels like a home away from home!!

Also, one couldn't ask for a better location as the beach is only yards away? The owners, Marty & Rich, are very friendly & made sure we always felt welcomed.
