This charming and spacious 1 BR, 1BA second floor 845 sq ft (915' including balcony) furnished inter-coastal waterway condo is located on the Isle of Capri on Treasure Island and is perfect for a couple or single. Low season rental requires 2 month minimum rental and a 3 month rental during high season.
Available May 1- Oct 31, 2018 (Low Season Rate) OR Nov 1, 2018 - April 30, 2018 (High Season Rate). Includes all utilities: water, basic cable, land line phone with unlimited US long-distance and local calls, electric, and wifi included. Sorry, no pets.
About the Area:
Isle of Capri is a residential neighborhood just blocks from Treasure Island Beaches. Live as the locals do. Enjoy walking and biking to shops, grocery, restaurants, parks, bars, and much more. A super bonus is that the gorgeous Rosselli Park is just across the street and offers a walking trail, tennis courts, baseball field, playground, picnic tables, water fountain, clean public bathrooms, recycling center, park benches, and a bus stop. Also within walking distance are the Sun Coast Trollies, John's Pass Village and boardwalk, downtown Treasure Island restaurants, shopping, island bus service, free beach ride, and miles and miles of beautiful beaches. Everything you need is within a 0.25 mile to a 1.5 mile distance from this condo.
About the Complex:
Sit on your private patio or by the refreshing pool (not heated) and watch stunning sunsets (balcony is westward facing) over the intercoastal waterway, or walk/bike the 2.5 short blocks to the white sandy beaches of Treasure Island and feel the warm sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico as you listen to the ocean breaking onto the shore. There are boat docks available through the association for an additional fee (must register/pay through HOA). The dock features a seawall for fishing, launching kayaks, and paddle boards. You will have one assigned parking space just out your front door and plenty of visitor parking. The laundry facility is practically out your front door.
About the Unit:
The unit has cream colored tile throughout with area rugs and is tastefully decorated.
The kitchen has solid surface countertops, a fully stocked kitchen (with overhead fan), pot and pans, beverage and utensil service for 8, cooking utensils, spices, and walk-in pantry. There is a spacious dinette that seats 4 and has a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. It contains a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, full size stove/oven, disposal, built-in microwave, and small dishwasher. It is stocked with coffee maker and other small appliances, dishes, and cooking necessities.
The living area has a recliner and a sectional with a queen sofa sleeper (for your guests), ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors with wood blinds and blackout curtains that lead to the ample full length balcony. The living area also large flatscreen smart TV.
The bedroom has a comfortable luxurious bedroom suite, with ceiling fan and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, full wood blinds, and black out curtains ensure you can sleep until you are ready to wake, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. There is a large walk-in, walk-thru double-sided dressing closet leading to the bath from the bedroom.
The balcony has sliding glass windows to allow breeze or you can close for privacy. There is a medium electric infrared grill available for your use as well with a balcony seating area for dining, smoking (permitted on balcony), or just enjoying the view or watching the sunset. Dolphins, manatees, sting rays, kayakers, paddle boarders, and boaters ofter cruise through. This condo overlooks the pool and canal on the inter-coastal waterway and less than 10 min walk to the beach, and is a super sweet spot!
Also provided:
Linens, extra blankets, pillows, bath towels and wash cloths, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, rolling cart for beach and shopping, and shopping, noodles, iron, and a first aid kit.
NOTE: Some furnishing have been updated or replaced since pics were taken. Also, the condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator, just stairways.
