Perfetto per chi vuole godere del mare in relax

La posizione della struttura è ottima. Essa si trova a pochi metri dal mare che si raggiunge attraversando un cancello. La spiaggia è praticamente privata perché gli ombrelloni (6 in tutto) sono all'interno del cancello. E' l'ideale per chi vuole vivere il mare senza il "casino" usuale. La mattina si viene svegliati da numerosi passerotti che contribuisco a tenere lontane le zanzare. Molto buoni i cornetti che la mattina venivano portati a colazione

L'aria condizionata non funzionava benissimo ma per fortuna la struttura è ben coibentata. Nel bagno andrebbe rimosso il calcare dai buchi del soffione della doccia. Piccoli inconvenienti ampiamente compensati dal resto.

Perfect location on the beach

I liked it very well. The hosts are very very friendly! There were refreshing drinks in the fridge and in the morning you were presented with delicious croissants. The view of the sea and the great location on the beach make a quiet and relaxing holiday perfect!

Looking forward to coming again

I had a very relaxing week's stay. The apartment is small but everything you need is there, including fast WiFi. The house is in the middle of nowhere, but that's part of the charm - the absolute quiet of the surroundings. There was only the sound of the waves. Giovanni -- thank you so much for being such an excellent, friendly and helpful host. The tips about restaurants and sightseeing were very useful. And thank you for bringing fresh pastries every morning! They made for a nice breakfast on the terrace.

The property was a little hard to find the first time. A sign at the last road crossing would be a good idea,

Yards from a lovely secluded beach. Very quiet. Great views of the Mediterranean Sea

The location was by the beach. We had a great ocean view from the apartment. Balcony with table and chairs. Friendly owner provided fresh pastries daily for breakfast. Reclining chairs for the beach.

Secluded modern house at the beach

Stunning location right at the beach, apartment has a balcony with full sea view. There are wave breakers along the coast, so the coast is not untouched wilderness. The host lady is very friendly and helpful. Although she doesn't speak English and I don't speak Italian, we managed to communicate the most important things, and I could use the washing machine.

Exceptional

The location is beautiful just on the shore and at night is so peaceful this time of year. Being next to a bird reseŕve you can see cormorants, flamingos, foxes, hawk moths and other species. The beach is closed in by a breakwater and ideal for swimming.

There wasn't anything not to like except if you're staying for several days a 2 peron couch would be better than just dining chairs.

Breathtaking view and spectacular hospitality

Giovanni has been an excellent host. I hadn't realised the structure was too isolated for my plans (I had no car) and then decided to shorten my stay to one night only and moved to Termoli. Giovanni, not only kindly agreed to that, but he also helped me with my search and gave me a lift from and to the station. The building is just by the sea with a private beach and the view is simply breathtaking (see attached photo, taken at dawn - no wonder the name Sunrise is just perfect for the structure). Campomarino Lido village is ~20 min away on foot; if you have a car, do visit the beautiful marine protected area around it. I wish I had a car and more time to truly enjoy it!

Great location by the sea and very kind host

Very kind host. Really beautiful and quiet location by the sea. Clean and overall comfortable.

A warmer light by the bed and a bit better kitchen equipment would have been nice.
