The Location is unbeatable

The house in itself is beautiful and located exactly by the water. The hosts were very friendly.The views are to die for!

I think there are some missing details to make it really great. For example: 1) the shower head didn’t have a proper holder, so you had to keep it in your hand all the time. 2) There is a big problem with ants. We put our foos in the bedroom due to this, but the ants found that too. 3) The outside chairs are a bit worn. 4) There are 3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite. one of the ensuite is practically a toilet, unless you want to literally shower on the toilet and make a whole mess. 5) only 2 bedrooms have an AC (both not en-suite)

ALLA SCOPERTA DEL MANI

Bellissima villa che si sviluppa su più piani, ogni piano una terrazza che si affaccia direttamente sul mare. Alloggio moderno e ben equipaggiato pulito e luminoso. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto per cucinare, sono forniti gli asciugamani e anche un accappatoio a testa. Parcheggio comodo nelle vicinanze della villa, anche ottime taverne e spiaggia attrezzata. Si trova in una posizione strategica anche rispetto al caratteristico borgo di Limeni che si può raggiungere a piedi in soli 15 minuti circa.

A 6 persone si corre il rischio di non avere acqua calda a sufficienza per tutti.

Breathtaking views and great hosts!

Amazing location. The property is literally built on the water. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. Very peaceful and serene. We loved it. The hosts were more than kind to allow us to check in earlier and also check out much later, without a charge. They were very responsive, understanding and polite. The communication was excellent. We appreciated their kindness and hospitality. The house was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely go back.

We were happy with everything. Maybe just a minor thing; There was not enough soap & body wash in the bathrooms for all guests. For us it was not an issue though, because all of us brought their own products. Overall, it was a great experience!

This area is beautiful and Sun Villa is a happy landing spot!

The location was right next to the water, which was beautiful. It was simple to walk into town to the market or to restaurants. We also walked to Limeni, an up-and-coming town on the Mani peninsula. We also enjoyed walking to the beach each afternoon for a relaxing swim, followed by "happy hour" on the patio. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice to operate in. We took advantage of using the washing machine to launder our clothes. The drying rack on the porch worked great due to the ample sunlight.

A written guide or description of "things to do" in the area would be helpful. We were able to find plenty of options on our own but it is always helpful to get good info from a true local. :)

Very uncomfortable beds

Excellent view

Beds were very uncomfortable, same price as a 4 star hotel nearby (one of the best in Mani). Very bad internet connection, no signal.
