With a private hot tub and fireplace on ground floor heated patio, and direct access to the pool and path to the ski slopes, this is one of the most desirable units within the highly sought after Trappeur's Crossing Resort. It has high end finishes, furnishings, and decor throughout. Hardwood, Granite, Marble, Travertine, and Slate finishes are featured. Though this condo is within a fairly new building, it has seen some upgrades already, including new hardwood flooring and new carpets throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and then some, with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. You will find HD Roku TVs in every bedroom and free wifi. Each bedroom also has a private en suite bathroom or a dedicated bathroom right across the hall. With a 1 split Bearpro adjustable King, 1 Bearpro King, 1 Bearpro Queen, 4 Bearpro Twins and a sleeper sofa, this condo is ideal for pretty much any group of 8 to 12. Please note that the two upper bunk Twin beds have a weight limit of 150-200 pounds. One of the best features is the private patio. This patio features an over-sized outdoor fireplace, a large private hot tub, a gas grill which never runs out of gas, and plenty of furniture. The unit faces east, towards the ski area, giving you nice views from all rooms, especially when there is a nice alpenglow turning the ski area pink and red. In the summer the patio gives you afternoon shade. The patio also provides you with direct access to the Mountain Sneak Trail, which is a paved path leading directly to Gondola Square, only about 350 yards from your door! Summer guests will stay cool thanks to the air conditioning, and the ground floor location gives immediate access to one of the four pool areas! Of those 4 pool & hot tub areas, you have both indoor and outdoor pools. Not only are the pools heated, but the pool decks are heated as well, to melt away the snow. Other on site amenities include 2 tennis courts, full locker rooms, a large co-ed sauna, a complete fitness center, a guest lounge, even BBQ and picnic areas and a fire pit. We loved this condo! On the ground level with heated patio andprivate hot tub. Perfect for little ones since it was all on one level and the patio floor was warm and inviting. Short walk to the base. Shuttles were very frequent and easy to request one for downtown. Definitely would stay here again. Plus the owner was easy to communicate with and addressed every need.

We had such an awesome stay at the cabin, there was plenty of space for each of us, we loved how each room had their own bathroom, the fireplaces and hot tub were a great touch for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The single floor layout of the space created a wonderfully intimate setting for our group, allowing us to spend quality time together! Additionally, it is in a great location with delicious restaurants close by!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property. The location was really convenient to the mountain and the unit was in good condition. The beds were comfortable and everything else was kept up well. When we had an issue getting the washing machine to run, we contacted someone who responded quickly about how to get it to work. Overall this is a great unit for families.

We loved this unit and would definitely stay here again. It felt very spacious, even with a group of 9 people. The kitchen was well-stocked, the back patio was perfect (with heated pavement), and everything was comfortable. Getting around Steamboat from Emerald Lodge was very easy - the private shuttle works like Uber, the public bus is a less than 5 min walk, a separate shuttle loops to the gondola all day, and the ski area is only a 10 min walk.

We had a great time in Steamboat. The condo was awesome. Great location and super easy to grab the shuttle in the am and after ski. It runs every 15min. Brent was a great host. House was well stocked compared to other places we have stayed. Bremt gave a lot of good information on how to use everything in the condo. The management company was also super attentive. Underground parking was also a big plus. Will definitely be renting again!!!

Amazing lodging for groups in Steamboat
This unit is an extra special gem at the Emerald Lodge. The large private patio and well appointed kitchen were key standouts on this property. The common living and dining areas and bathrooms are all generously sized so it works well for larger groups. Our group also found the shuttle service to be super convenient getting slopeside and downtown. It's fast and efficient. All the drivers on the team are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

We loved this place!
This condo is extremely well furnished and was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 10 teenagers). There was plenty of space for everybody and the kitchen was very well stocked. The living and dining area easily accommodated all 10 of us for dinner and watching TV. Hot tub was awesome. It is about a 5 minute walk to the gondola although there was also a shuttle service. We walked to the slopes but the shuttle service was great to get into town. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended. We would love to stay here again

Great layout and perfect location
This is our second year staying in this unit. We love it! It has the perfect layout for sharing with friends and their kids. 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths was great for 4 adults and 4 kids! We also love how we can walk to the slopes and restaurants. The big plus is having our own hot tub and out door fireplace.

Amazing spot in Steamboat
This property was excellent. Loved Alyssa’s help with check in; she was an asset. The location is perfect, near the base of the mountain. The house was beautifully furnished, with ample accessories. We had 10 in our group, it was spacious and accommodating. Loved the hot tub. Highly recommend this spot if you are considering as stay in Steamboat.

This property is exactly as described! Very nice and relaxing with an amazing kitchen if you want to do any cooking. We cooked our entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen with ease! Definitely would stay again!

Amazing condo!!!!
We had the BEST stay - the property was absolutely perfect! The layout of the condo was convenient for 2 families; 2 bedrooms on each side of the condo. The Kitchen was spacious and had everything we would need and the Family room was comfy with plenty of seats for everyone. The Patio was honestly the best feature! Our own private hot tub AND a fire place with plenty of outdoor seating. I think we spent most of our time out there. The walk to the gondola was easy. We never used the shuttle service, but loved that it was an option. The gym and community pools and hot tubs were great as well. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Steamboat - we’ve found the most perfect place!

Great Condo!
We loved our stay and the condo was great! It was a really quick walk to and from the gondola base. The ground floor access with the hot tub and fireplace outside were amazing! Check in was a breeze. The only thing I took off a star for was that the listing says there is a 24 hour vacancy period between bookings for ventilation as a COVID precautions which was not the case. Another group left the same day we arrived and there was another coming in on the day we checked out.

A very nice property with easy access to the mountain
Our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 children ages 3-12) stayed at the property mid-December. The communication with the property owner and property management company prior to our arrival was great. Take advantage of Grey and the discounted lift tickets! The shuttle was a great way to get to and from Gondola Square for skiing. The hottub was a great way to unwind after a long day on the mountain.

Great place for families!
We stayed at this property for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and an infant with us and there was plenty of room. Matt was very helpful with finding us a portable crib and even brought us tools to help put a baby seat together. Kitchen was well stocked except for the need for more small spoons and there was no crock pot but we bought one during our stay and left it, so there is one there now! The games that are there are missing most of their pieces but they have plenty at The Lair that you can check out. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were wonderful and the little fenced in area was great for the kids! They loved playing in all the snow right outside your gate. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the free on call shuttle was fantastic. We used it often over the 3 weeks. My only real complaint would be that it was extremely warm in the condo even with the heat off!!! We had to crack all the windows and keep them open even at night. We could not use the lovely gas fireplace in the living room unless the back door was open even with temps below zero. Even with the heat we loved the place and would highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic unit just book it
We stayed here Christmas week with our adult children and their significant others, the unit is perfect for three couples, the unit is very spacious so everyone felt like they had space. The owner did a great job furnishing, there are cubbies and hooks everywhere; made it very easy to keep the apartment organized. Steamboat was just perfect, we are very sad to leave. The hot tub was a perfect treat after the long day of skiing. Couches were extremely comfortable as were the beds and pillows, look no further this is the place to book .

This property was exceptional! Clean inside and out at one of our favorite resorts. Large enough for two families or a large family like ours. Pool just outside the back door, close to all the fun in steamboat. You won’t be disappointed!

Sunny days in Steamboat
We had a great stay in this spacious very well appointed home. Location is wonderful. We loved spending time on the private patio with the fire place and hot tub, the pool is only steps away with comfy loungers and we were always able to find chairs. Super relaxing! Kitchen is well stocked and we loved the fact that basic condiments, spices, and oils were available. Thank you for sharing this lovely home. We hope to be back!

Beautiful property with great amenities.
Very nice property. It worked very well for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The private hot tub was nice . The proximity of the heated pool and hot tubs was great. Loved the heated parking garage! The shuttle service to the gondola square area was awesome- never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes on either end. We did not use the on call shuttle to go to town or anywhere. Would stay here again.
