This 2,500-square-foot beauty features every amenity a family could imagine — from the gourmet kitchen to the expansive living room with fireplace and pool table to the back deck with private hot tub. Comfortably accommodating a family of 8 (6 adults max), this air-conditioned home is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll be just 4 miles to Heavenly and Stateline’s nightlife and casinos. Bring your furry family, home is dog friendly.
This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8. It cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully stocked w/ quality cooking gear & you’ll always be part of the conversation w/ kitchen open to the family gathering area. The large dining table seats 10, plus additional seating for 5 at the bar. The living room has plenty of space to gather round the fireplace and large flat screen TV, with sofa, love-seat and overstuffed chairs. Even a foosball table for a little competition.
The family room features a pool table, and the kids will love the all the rooms for games. You couldn’t ask for more entertainment. Step out the sliding door to the deck, BBQ, large hot tub, and beautiful park-like back yard with inviting seating areas for dining or lounging.
All the bedrooms are upstairs providing a nice escape from the activity downstairs. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen HDTV and with cable and Netflix. The master suite features a king size bed and private bath with two sinks and your own soaking tub and walk-in shower.
This room features a queen size bed and shares the newly remodeled bath in the hallway. The "Bunk Room" is ideal for the kids with a single/single bunk bed plus a queen-sized bed.
A new and immaculate bathroom with two sinks and luxurious walk-in shower is at the top of the stairs shared by the two bedrooms. The 1/2 bath complete with washer and dryer is downstairs.
There are two bikes with helmets, and assorted snow toys for guest use. The yard is completely fenced so your dog can appreciate the Tahoe mountain air!
The home is surrounded by trees in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You are just two hundred yards from miles of trails for hiking, biking, or snow shoeing. Skiing is 4 m to Heavenly Resort and 12 mi to Sierra at Tahoe. Rent an SUP or Kayak at Lakeview Commons, a beautiful beach just 3 mi down the hill. As for the night life- the casinos at Stateline are all just 4 mi away. Try your luck at the game tables or slots or catch a great musical act. South Lake Tahoe is a great draw for some of the biggest names in entertainment.
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. The house was exactly as expected. Clean and easy to access. The company was very attentive and let us know of winter weather and were available if we needed anything at all. I rented this as a surprise for my gf to have her friends there to propose and it couldn't have went any better. Absolutely would recommend!!

The property itself was as advertised, beautiful, clean excellent location with regards to proximity to casinos restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We chose the location due to the availability of casinos to celebrate Super Bowl since Las Vegas was out of the question this year. A couple of small minor issues with the property however, when I reached out to the property manager response was quick and courteous and professional .Would recommend this property to other travelers, and would be willing to stay here again.

10 min drive from the California lot. This house was well stocked, had lots of cooking supplies, great backyard for the dog, and good beds. The garage had lots of toys for adults (snowshoes & bikes), and we loved hiking the dog on the trail behind the neighborhood every day after a full day of skiing.

Our family of 5 adults and our newborn granddaughter enjoyed a relaxing vacation over the Christmas holiday . We arrived at the home to find a beautiful Christmas Tree and lighted garland on the mantle ! They had even put Christmas lights on the outside of home ! The furniture and layout in the home was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare means and we even found Christmas cookie cutters ! The location of the home was very convenient to grocery and restaurants etc . The neighborhood was perfect for walks. The hot tub was a big hit after hiking and being on the slopes . It was truly a special Christmas for family . We hope to return to this beautiful and comfortable home.

This place was absolutely amazing for her 10 day vacation. It comes. With every amenity you could possibly want or need. The home was spacious and our family of 8 definitely didn’t feel like we were living on top of each other. The pool table was a huge hit with our teenagers. I was concerned about location at first due to the fact that my family and I always stay closer to the action of Stateline and Lake Tahoe Blvd but i was pleasantly surprised at how close we were yet still had the privacy and comfort of being a little secluded from all the noise and traffic of those areas. The backyard was great for our Golden Retriever as well. Plenty of space to run and explore. We were even able to communicate in real time with RNR through text messaging. They answered every question I had during our stay and even messaged me prior to our arrival letting me know the house was available a day early and would offer a 50% discount on the rate for that night if we chose to take it vantage of it. Needless to say, we were very sad to leave. This was the best housing experience we’ve had over all of our Tahoe summer vacations. We are already looking into booking his house again for next summer. It was such a great experience all around.

Spacious rental with room for kids and parents to find their own space. Pool table and foosball were great to have in the house, and the hot tub was a must after a long day of skiing. Kitchen had everything you need. Room in the garage for 2 cars and tall enough for cargo boxes. Can’t say much about the rest of the house because it was buried in 8 ft of snow!

This VRBO is something quite special. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood just 5-10 minutes from Heavenly resort's CA side parking, and only a little bit more, maybe 15 minutes or so to the NV side parking. Really easy to get to things like Whole Foods, restaurants, shopping, Raley's, etc. It's so nice to come back to your own place after a day of riding/skiing. The hot tub was great, the pool table was perfect, and there was even foosball! The cleanliness of the whole place was something that immediately stood out to my wife and I. We really appreciated it being so clean and orderly when we arrived. Altogether a great stay at a great price. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family alike.

This house provides a great vacation headquarters for our family, which includes three teenagers. The downstairs has a number of great hangout areas, the kitchen is large and versatile, and the bedrooms are functional and can sleep up to 8, with a king, two queens and a bunk bed

Beautiful home with everything a vacationer could want or need plus close to shopping and restaurants. We couldn't find any kitchen garbage bags and I called the wrong phone number for help. The house and kitchen is well furnished with everything needed otherwise.The only problem for us was the pool table-we are avid pool players and what we called our games there was obstacle pool. The table is too large for the room and has a couch in it so we were always opening/closing doors, window openings, climbing on the couch and having to use a short cue(provided). We still had a good time but were definitely frustrated. A bar table would fit better in that room. Regardless, it was a fantastic stay

Our stay was the end of August so we appreciated the air conditioning, as well as the pool table and foosball, and the grill and cornhole games (and management provided missing cornhole bags within a 1/2 hour of our calling them, so that was great!). The home was beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen was stocked with any type of equipment we needed, and a grocery store was close by (we went to Safeway). We did not use the hot tub, and were not permitted (understandably, due to the dry conditions) to use the fire pit, but surely would have enjoyed both! Also wonderful were the checking out requirements, which were easy and very manageable. The location was close to town - we would love to stay here again if back in the area, and highly recommend this gorgeous house!

Great, but not pet friendly
Overall stay was good but I do not recommend bringing your dogs. Although it states pet friendly there are strict rules to not enter any bedroom or be on any furniture and you have to lint roll. There are even signs on every door to not have them enter. It stressed me out. Dishes needed better washed as well. Many of them had food dried on them.

Great Family Vacation
My family stayed here for a week with our friends. 4 adults, 3 young kids, 1 infant & 2 dogs. We felt the home was really clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs and kids. Hot tub, pool table, foosball table were great and provided entertainment on our lazy days. Awesome location with nearby hiking trails and quiet neighborhood. We recommend this place.
