Family Farmhouse sits on 10 acres of woods with trails woven in and out. This gem offers vintage décor and modern amenities to make your Finger Lakes vacation one you'll never forget!

A half moon driveway spans from one side of the property to the next. The entry of the house offers a three season room, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and watching the wooded area behind the house.

Inside, a small foyer extends into the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances and beautiful newly laid flooring. Cooking meals is easy with a kitchen that provides all of your cooking and baking ware. A formal dining area with expandable table offers the perfect setting for family style meals.

The living room offers large windows and a relaxing setting. A decorative fireplace adds an extra cozy touch of ambiance while curling up and relaxing on the sofa.

The fun doesn't stop here; circle around to the game room. Whether it's raining or shining there is always fun when you stay at the Family Farmhouse! Spend time playing bumper pool or poker in the game room.

Upstairs, four bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind are available for your group to retreat to each evening. When staying somewhere for 5 nights you would definitely want comfortable furniture and beds....not the case here. Not to mention no take down shower head big booooo! Dead flies in the bathroom upstairs kinda gross. Will not stay here again.

House was fine, but stripped unusually bare. No Hand soap in bathrooms, two kitchen trash bags and two dishwasher soap pods for a three bedroom house for the weekend. overall, nice place, good value, could be a little more "homey"

Our family of seven really enjoyed staying here. The house was intriguing and quirky, clean, had plenty of gathering spaces, nicely updated kitchen and appliances, and was a great space to have our five kids, ages 7months to 12. The yard was absolutely beautiful and the u-shaped driveway and parking especially convenient. Pricing was really great! We were able to explore much of the lake region from this spot, too, enjoying Taughannock Falls and Watkins Glen. Make sure to plan on a shopping trip right away to stock the house with your preferred household items: hand soap, sponges, dishwasher packs and food storage bags (especially for large families). Wegmans and Aldi are super close. Definitely recommend this place for large families!

We were in town for a close friends wedding. This house was conveniently located near the venue as well as downtown Canandaigua. The accommodations were fantastic and the location just across from the lake allowed for views of the water! The house is so roomy, very clean - perfect for our party of 6 adults. Everyone enjoyed their stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to book again if we are ever planning another trip to Canandaigua.

We were in town for the canlake 50. (The race start and finish was only 2 miles away! ) This house was PERFECT for my family with 5 year old boys, an 11 yo girl and their parent and grandparents! Would totally rent again if I run this race next year.

We stayed with extended family to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. There was enough room for 8 adults. The large table was good for family meals and playing games. Used the fire pit at night too. The view from the porch was absolutely beautiful at sunset. It was easy to put in our kayaks across the street at the water access point. The yard was large enough for a variety of lawn games and to hang up a hammock for relaxing. We walked the trails behind the house too. The beach down the road like 3 minutes made our 18 year olds happy. Very close to restaurants, breweries and a cidery. Great house for the nightly price!! * would have preferred the grass to be shorter, it seemed overdue for a mow
