Exquisite 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house with breathtaking views, located on the shore of Bass River in West Dennis. Steps to a town landing. This spacious home offers a large and comfortable great room with a dining area and attached large deck. The home sleeps 8 comfortably. Two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs .The first bedroom has a new king size bed with a balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you look at the boats in the river. The second bedroom has 2 new twin beds which can be put together to make a king (converter kit at the house) as well as a set of twin bunk beds. Additional queen size bed on the first floor in a converted den with full bath across the hall.

Kitchen is updated and fully stocked. Amenities include portable air conditioners in each bedroom, washer, dryer and wifi. Just 1 mile to West Dennis Beach. Large lawn fronting the river leads to small private beach perfect for fishing and crabbing. Paddle board rentals available close by. Book now for a memorable vacation experience.

Reviewer Comments: second time at this property. everything was good. only problem is trying to keep or get the downstairs cooled down. very hot inside and very humid. might be time to invest in a mini split. other than that. It was our second year here and will continue to come back as time allows and use Martha Murray Vacation Rentals to do it! Our party of 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of room and space for group time as well as places to have “ me” time. A real gem!

This property was delightful! The views of the Bass River are spectacular. We spent so much time on the deck and in the yard and enjoyed watching all the activity during the day and the sunsets at night. There are kayaks and paddle boards available to rent just on the other side of the river and the beach was a short car or bike ride away. You just can't beat the location of this property! Mid-cape (the best IMO), right on the Bass River, minutes to West Dennis Beach and close to shopping. The home is spacious, comfortable and has everything you could need. We had my elderly mother on this trip and it was a huge bonus to have a first floor bedroom and full bath.
