The open living areas and delightful Lanai offer perfect vacation living and exceptional quality with porcelain tile, granite counters, crown molded volume ceilings, and a NEW Flat Screen TV (not pictured yet). The special view of the huge Resort Pool with delight you everyday!. The TV pictured has been replaced with a BIG Flat Screen! The Master Suite features a King Bed and another convenient Flat Screen TV plus DVD. The Master Bath provides a spacious dual vanity, shower, and private water closet! Twin beds are offered in the Guest Bedroom. Bonita Village's gated community is casual yet upscale and very close to everything! You can be at Bonita Beach in as little as 180 seconds, or shopping at Coconut Point Mall, South Florida's largest open air mall, in 10 minutes. Experience the "Sea Breeze" at Bonita Village and you will want to return often!

Our guests receive an ACTIVITIES BOOK for easy planning on what to do next. Of course, our beaches are pristine! There is a multitude of golf courses, restaurants, marinas, eco-tours, parks, sight-seeing and community activities you might want to put on your list.

We offer something for everyone! Beach Lovers can soak their feet in the warm sands of Bonita Beach, while shoppers find great buys only minutes away at Coconut Point Mall, South Florida’s largest mall. Miromar Outlets will also delight the serious bargain hunter.

We are only a phone call away when you need to know more about the area. If you enjoy dining out, there are literally dozens of restaurants within 15 minutes! There a more than 20 restaurants within a mile. We have a host of outdoor activities to explore as well and fun things for kids as well as adults. Miniature Golf is only a block away, and real golf is everywhere. We can provide a list of 130 area golf courses from which to choose your next tee time. There are museums, a zoo, trolley tours, exhibits, art fairs, and much more as shown below!

To rent a boat, paddle board, kayak, jet ski or charter a sight-seeing/fishing trip there is a local marinas only 30 seconds away and another just around the corner. Numerous eco-tours are also close at hand. Several offer kayak and canoe trails through untamed (and tamed) estuaries.

Tennis players can play at the friendly Tennis Club which is just down the street. We absolutely love this hidden gem in Bonita. This is our second time staying here and it’s just fantastic. Pat and Richard are very welcoming and on hand if you need anything. The resort pool is beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Glad to have stayed again. Crazy golf across the street along with an escape room. Great pizza and restaurants that you could walk to if you wanted. Minutes from the beach. We will be back!

This property and the community is a hidden gem. We’ve been coming to Bonita for a few years and didn’t know this place was here. The condo is large and spacious with a lovely screened in patio overlooking the pool. Plenty of parking, easy access to beach and tons of restaurants and the best part was the resort style pool and sun beds. Beautifully kept and we will definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

The property was well cared for and clean. Location near the beach, close to restaurants, only 15-20 min to the airport is great. The pool was very nice and relaxing too. Too bad a tropical storm cut our vacation a few days short, but Pat and her team can't control the weather. Communication was easy and timely. Would rent again.

This unit was simply awesome. There was such an attention to detail and we were very pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities. The only thing one needs is clothing and toiletries as the unit comes very well stocked. Great location, great notebook of information. Will definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, nicely furnished, stocked with plenty of towels and pillows, has a nicely equipped kitchen, two pools and the Gulf beaches 1.5 miles away. We also had access to beach chairs, water toys etc. The unit faced the pool and had a lovely lanai with a table and chairs. We would recommend this unit to others. Hope to visit again.

Pat and Sue at Waterside Realty we’re very helpful and communicative during the rental process. They also helped us setup a crib rental which was very helpful. The condo was clean and had nice furnishings. The pool was fun and had a tiki bar that serves food as well. It was also close to restaurants and the beach.

We loved our accommodations, it was very comfortable. The location on Bonita Beach Rd was close to restaurants, some within walking distance. The resort had a shuttle that would take you to the beach when you requested. We loved so much, we’re returning next year for 2 months.

Wir verbrachten 8 Nächte in dieser äusserst grossen Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Pat verlief vorbildlich - auch wenn wir die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig (2 Tage von Ankunft) gebucht haben. Die Poollandschaft ist gerade auch für Kinder sehr toll. Die Wohnung können wir vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen!
