House was welcoming and homey feeling. There was enough space for luggage, coolers, and food, etc. without feeling squished. The hot tub was amazing with great features! Overall nice ammenities--most everything was well stocked. Departing instructions were simple and clear. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

[Since you're asking...] Hand soap in main bathroom ran out, and only replacement was another nearly empty bottle. This unit could use more hand towels (I could only find three which we split between the two bathrooms). The living room did not seat 10 even though this house was rated for 10, and the cushions on the loveseat were really uncomfortable. Garbage can was full when we arrived, and was never emptied during our 4 day stay so we bought heavy duty xl bags to get us through the stay.

At our first impression, the place was clean so when we received a text asking for our first impression review of the cleaning we gave good review. , as we were their, we noticed quite a few things, and actually were disappointed when we spent that much money. bathroom door wouldn't latch, in a house that sleeps 10, it defiantly should have. There were no extra batteries for the remote to run the tv. disappointing after a long drive wanted to just watch a bit of TV. Weren't enough blankets, the bedding comforter in the master bedroom was dirty. There wasn't comforters on the beds in one of the rooms. In the kitchen, there wasn't enough towels, the disposal didn't work, and the hot pads to use with hot baked, were filthy. The utensils like the spatula had food residue on them. All of the pans were scraped up. Their was food left under a table on the floor, and in the cushion's food particles, of a couch that folded out as a bed. Seems that they need to actually spend more time cleaning and making sure that the facility is in working order for customers.

The showerhead in the master needs to be replaced. The place needs a good deep cleaning. Dust and cobwebs all over the doors, crumbs in the kitchen drawers and lightbulbs need to be replaced
